@neroist If they want to eliminate used games all they have to do is match used game prices. That would encourage new purchases instead of used.

@neroist I was right, you work for game a developer. And, you are wrong, games are products, if they want to market them as services a whole new set of commerce rules apply, starting with marketing.

That is not the fault of the loyal costumers who they penalize. They have to penalize the pirating part.

They need to come up with an intelligent solution, not this bad case of imposition over the costumers.

It's not my fault they can't protect their product efficiently and loose billions so they better think of something else.

What a fool. If he means mobile devices are always on he should know it's not the same thing. So my smartphone is always on, yeah, but the games I play in it are downloaded to the device so I can play them offline, like in airplane mode. What is being proposed is that games can't be played offline, which is just plain unacceptable.

I will not support any product that has such an absurd requirement. I myself loose connection sometimes because of windy conditions or other weather conditions, that's when I really need to rely on my console for entertainment. If my console goes down when the internet goes then I don't need or want it.

Best example of this BS is Crysis 3, visually impressive and can be finished in 5 hours

@quantumtheo Adding a note..I have to say I played 50+ hrs into Far Cry 3 and it has very good gameplay elements so I'm glad I got that one.

What can we expect from a company that just made a beautiful game that last about 5 hrs! Pathetic. Just to let them know, I didn't buy Crysis 3.
