@Fia1: Unlikely, the 'beta'/demo was probably an old build to begin with. There's not enough time to make that significant of a change before going gold.

@vackillers: The beta is a demo at this point, it's unlikely to have any significant changes between now and release date.

@7tizz: Except they have historically abused that privilege. The security authorities have got a poor history when it comes to investigating crimes via bulk data harvesting. The hypocrisy is unreal asking to weaken encryption while at the same time failing to protect their own personnel due to lack of strong encryption.
