@zeke_pliskin: You are correct. 360 ran it at 720p with 2xMSAA and PS3 ran it at 640p with blurry QAA.

Xbox maintained a solid 30fps, while PS3 consistently fluctuated between 20-25, rarely ever hitting the 30-ish mark, which made it really bad to play.

@epic_poke8: Eh, nobody cares about this game either way.

Please tell me Treyarch isn’t making another Black Ops. Or perhaps they’ll “remake” Black Ops and they’ll rehash old titles yet again. What am I saying, none of it matters anyways. They all play the same, unless they go back to exo suits 🤢. Maybe MW3 will be good with all the different modes.

@Spartan_418: I played it on Xbox originally and that was 1080p. Glad I didn’t play on PS3 at that resolution 😬.

It looks to me like it will be 4k/30. The game really needs 60fps though. 30 is too sluggish for an action game that requires precise aiming. I remember always having an issue with the frame rate.

I won’t be touching this rerelease, but I am optimistic that a PC version is in the pipeline. They got it ported to PS4, which was the hardest part. The PC version can almost port itself at this point, in which we’ll have an unlocked frame rate and resolution i’m sure. Come on Rockstar, do one thing right and put it on PC already.

I’m never one to complain about price, but good god, $50 for an effortless rerelease of an old game that you can find for $5-$10? Not a chance.

So 4k/60fps or are they just slapping the PS3 version onto the newer consoles?

A PC release is so close… yet still so far away.

@gatsbythepig: I get what you’re saying. I think he does have more range in certain movies, but not a wide range by any means. I never even said I enjoy him. I do prefer his Spider-Man over the rest and a couple of his other movies.

I agree that everyone should have differing interests and opinions. Otherwise we might as well all be zombies or clones of each other.

I disagree with your Batman example. I couldn’t possibly care less if people continue to plug actors for 20+ years. That is life. The past will always remain.

@gatsbythepig: No range? Go watch his movie Brothers or his new movie Babylon. Or perhaps you’ve only ever seen clips from two of his movies. I’m not his biggest fan, but even I have to admit that he has a bit of range. Someone with no range would be Sean William Scott, Kevin Hart, Jason Statham, Dewayne Johnson etc. You’re barking up the wrong tree.

If you’re -still- bummed about it, yikes. Time to move on

@Tiwill44: This is clearly scrap content. This is so hideous that I’m not even going to bother claiming it at all. I don’t think Larian will add much that’s worthwhile, since all of the good stuff is already in the game. It will probably just be stuff to scoff at and just for fun.

Wow, an f-bomb. It’s blowing my mind. How incredibly awesome and innovative. I can hardly even believe it. Talk about a selling point.

Bit of a shame. I would be curious to see where they took the sequel. If they made it a bit more mature or Fable-esque. It felt too much like an AC game, but they really could have branched out and made it more unique. Oh well. The less Ubisoft games the better, unfortunately. They all pretty much function exactly the same.
