Microsoft has very well shown its intentions with Windows 8: More control.
Asking around, there are people that don't seem to care about this, but to me this is deeply disturbing. Online can be useful, but is it enough to horsehoe it in on every user? I don't think so.
It's not about internet going down or not, it's about hindering the end user and the accesibility of the system. Having an online system to validate a copy of a game is one thing, forcing always online even if the game in question doesn't need it is quite another thing altogether.
Well, truth is that a non rocksteady Batman game might lower the hype this would have otherwise. One good thing is that most of the assets are already there, so it might be sure to say this will be a game with high quality standards, although it's almost sure that they won't be taking any risks.
considering how much I enjoyed the 2 previous ones, I just might give this one a chance.
@LesserAngel They did show a little teaser of what seemed like a new xcom or an expansion. Still not officially announced though. Hopefully they'll give it away soon.
