Where are you finding these games for $20?
Use VATS, use it a a lot, when you're in VATS you only take 10% of the damage you would normally take out of VATS. Not many people know this but Bethesda did it to make the game easy enough for the average gamer. Leveling up is not really necessary as the game difficulty levels up difficulty as you level up. This is not as noticeable as Oblivion because they made the enemy leveling up equation more complicated but it's still there. Sneaking around is a good idea, you can sneak around in the heaviest armour. Melee skills are pretty useless, stay away. Big guns as well. If you're in Rivet City now, your probably just past the half way point or around there. You don't have too much game left. So I would suggest exploring now before continuing to find your Pops. If you start finding the game too easy, like I did, I found a nice overhaul mod that suits anyone looking for more of a challenge. It makes enemies more tougher, weapons do a lot more damage, 2-3 stabs with a knife and your done. The movement speed is increased %12 thus enemies can easily flank you in VATS, it takes the 10% damage out of VATS (it might as well be cheating leaving it in there). Changes the barter mode so you cannot get rich quick and easy, for example a stimpack costs 900 caps. Crippling limbs and legs now have drastic effects so it adds more tactics to the game, skills and perks have been revamped, the list goes on and on. You can find all the information you want by copy and pasting this link. http://home.comcast.net/~xodarap777/XFO/XFO_Readme_Current.html Sorry I don't know how to make that link clickable.Hi today I bought Fallout3 and its so good but theres a bad part im going to fail school cuz im only playing :). Actually I think Team Fortress 2 is probably friendliest multiplayer game to get into. I would suggest to play as the Medic first. Following and healing people will basically give you an understanding of the map and strategies that more experienced players utilize.Hi guys,
I'm new to multiplayer gaming (i.e. most of my experience is playing some co-op games with some friends... all casual gamers). I was thinking about getting Team Fortress 2 on steam and I was wondering if someone could tell me about any Newbie friendly servers or any matchmaking feature that the game might have. I tried searching online but couldn't come up with any good results.
Thanks.

Yeah there is a mod that someone out there is making for a whole new level. It's from the movie Dawn of the Dead. If it's complete I don't know, maybe the release has been pushed back.
Here's what I found:

I don't follow any competitive gaming but I'm considering getting into competitive CS gaming. I've played CS since beta 1 and I've never joined a clan because I play for fun. With the possibility of pro gaming leagues becoming popular I've been thinking about just giving it a try.
Are there any CS:S competitions or is it all CS 1.6? Who are the best players so I can download some demos and compare my skills to theirs so I know whether or not I'm wasting my time. I know the best CS 1.6 team won entirely with team work and tactics rather than killing skill...which is the way that I play.
Just curious...thanks for any info.

That is the league for north america. If you think you're good, get yourself a team together, or join one. Then sign up and see how far you get. You'll probably start in CAL O.
I dunno man. Flip a coin. Or get both.
Ask yourself a question. If you had 5 seconds to choose which one would you choose? It's then you know which one you like a little more.
I have played and finished Fallout3 already, great game, really awesome. I think I'm gonna pick up left for dead as well. Looks like an awesome game too.
What other games do you like playing? I think your choice just depends on what genre you like more. Are you more a counter strike source player or more of an oblivion player?
