I think it's good for a launch title but I don't really like the online that much either. Don't get me wrong though. I think it's a great game especially the single player, interesting story. It might just be that I'm not that good:P but there are other online fps games I'd rather play such as BF2 and CS. I'm a fan of all kinds of gaming though and Resistance is still fun.

I also thought blu-ray was going to be better quality that it actually was. Currently I've only scene Mission Impossible 3 and Tears of The Sun which I though both looked better than standard dvd but it wasn't exactly the "looking out a window" experience I hoped for. The problem might be that these moves weren't shot in hd originally. Tears of the Sun said "remastered in hd" on the box so they probably just touched it up but it's probably not as good as if it was shot in hd originally. I might be completely wrong but it was just a though it could be a problem.

I just use a cotton towel and lightly wipe it over the surface. It does the job of removing the dust and I guess you could see some microsurface scratches but a microfiber cloth shouldn't't leave any big scratches and the microsurface ones are probably only visible if you're looking really close or in the right lighting. That's cool if you like keeping you're stuff in mint-condition though. I was like that about my ipod when I first got it and after the first few scratches I just gave up. I would recommend standing your ps3 vertically. I found that it doesn't collect as much dust on the sides (the sides would be the top if it was horizontal though). When standing vertical more dust would now land on the top with the exhaust vents and that can be easily wiped off without showing scratches like the glossy cover. Otherwise compressed air does seem like the best solution and that way nothing touches the surface to scratch it.

I agree with MGS4 but I can't wait until the next Gran Turismo and GTA. The GT Demo is great and the trailer for GTA4 is amazing. Hopefully more games to come too.

The Dell picture quality looks good as far as color accuracy, but I'm no expert. If you've used an lcd you'll know that the blacks are never as deep as conventional tv sets or plasma, but the blacks are good when I watch movies and use the monitor with my pc, and the black background for the ps3 interface screen is good. The anti-reflective coating helps prevent glare from lights and the sun but it does make the monitor less sharp than the newer glossy finishes that many laptop lcds have. This is a choice of personal preference but I think the glossy finish makes the colors more vivid and then again dell doesn't offer you a choice. As far as I'm aware of all their pc monitors come with an anti-reflective coating but I do think other manufactures make desktop lcds with this new glossy coating. It's something to check out if you've never screen the difference before. Back to the Dell 2007, here's a video review from cnet.com http://reviews.cnet.com/Dell_UltraSharp_2007WFP/4505-3174_7-31783769.html?tag=prod.txt.4 The score is good for an lcd since products rarely earn a perfect 10. Most of the new wide lcds from Dell are HDPC compliant. My top choices would be the Dell 2007WFP and 2407WFP but the E207WFP and E228WFP are also good but they don't offer the same adjustability in height and swivel stads. I also heard that they uses lower quality lcd screens than the 2007WFP and 2407WFP.

edit, HDCP "Hight Band-width Digital Content Protection" not HDPC as I stated earlier.

As for picture quality, the black leves of lcd don't match that of plasma. The picture still looks great and the monitor is able to display 720p but not 1080i. I personaly can't tell the difference between the two resolutions when playing games. HD is way better than sdtv and the Dell monitor great.

Hope these pictures help.

I just want to say that I have that exact DELL monitor (2007WFP) and it works great with my PS3. At first I was playing on the plasma in my living room but I wanted to get another tv for my bedroom and still be able to play in hd. I saw the Dell and figured it's a great deal, $400 for a huge pc monitor and hd capable for my ps3. Plus most lcd TVs I was looking at in this price range were either no name brands or for a 23", cost several hundred dollars more. You do need an HDMI to DVI cable to play in hd but I got mine from newegg.com for about $10. This monitor is HDCP compliant. I forgot the exact place I read about it but I'm not sure it was the Dell website. It might have been another online review site because I wanted to make sure this was a good monitor before I bought it. Continued...
