It would definitely be cool if they did a la Steam style. I don't hate my PS3 I.D. its just fine, but my Steam I.D. is so much funkier (without insulting anyone or censorship). I admit, it is hilarious hearing people say it on Steam during a game. Also, I have had two PS3s fail on me so instead of sending it back to Sony I just bought a Slim, but because I did, Sony recognizes it as a different system so I can't reset the video privelages to my new system. Now I can't watch copyrighted videos (like the walking dead) on my PS3. Not the end of the world, but it is still frustrating. God Sony, what's the big mother humpin deal? : (

I like the concept of DS, but I never really got into it. I played the DS1 demo when it came out and it repulsed me from the game. People have said that that demo was a huge misrepresentation of the game and that it got better. So I am still debating whether I should buy (though it is a greatest hit now!). I played the demo for DS2 the other day and it just changed my mind. It was very fun and just a little creepy. So now I am swinging the other way. The only thing I don't really like is the targeting system, it feels a little sluggish especially when ugly alien babies wanna rip your head off, but maybe I should play around with the options menu before I condemn it. The funniest thing is how long it took me to solve that gravity machine problem. I'm not the best at game puzzles. I need more Omega-3s. lol.

It will definitely teach you something about car models of old and present. Of course every car ever made is not in here, but there are sure a lot. If you don't have a favorite sports car now, you will soon. I personally don't think it teaches you much about car parts or modding since the descriptions of what a certain procedure or part does to a car is very generally explained, but you will learn quickly enough the importance of tuning a car as best you can for the demands of a specific task which might give you some problem solving skills if you do racing in real life. The "GT channel" may also have some good videos for you every once in a while.

I will definitely agree to playing KF more than L4D. I don't hate L4D but KF just makes me feel better. Seeing a zombie/monster's head blowup in front of my screen makes me feel better rewarded than in L4D. It is actually more nerve wrecking to know that a mob of monsters are coming for you no matter where on the map you are. I've run out of ammo in the middle of a serious fight before and it feels more scary in KF. Rarely happens in L4D, there's usually ammo everywhere. The weapons also feel more satisfying to fire too. Some people say it has outdated graphics but it is still so much fun at times.

It probably shouldn't. From what little I've researched dealing with a PS3's inner workings, the power supply should have nothing to do with a bent heat sink. But maybe you blew a fuse or there is some sensor that you may have overlooked. I had two fat PS3s get the yellow light of death after sending them to Sony so I just bought a slim after saving for a while. So far - no problems!

I personally loved Deathspank. But what is Joe Danger about? I would give it a try.

Yup, I agree. You can get away with checking your email sometimes if you're lucky. But, like others have said, if you want serious internet browsing just stick to computers. I will say you have a point, they advertise the PS3 as a "it does everything" machine yet it doesn't always feel that way. Oh well I guess.

For me my first impression of a demo turns out to be correct. I can think of a few demos of games that I tried and ended up buying, most notably Burnout Paradise and Modern Warfare 2 (soon). Usually for me, what I feel about the demo correlates to what I feel in the game. That's great, has saved me a lot of money. hehe : )
