There is at least 150 million users on Steam so numbers would much than your claim so there would be about 750,000 people on 4k displays. Also keep in mind you're not including stats of multi monitor setups which would raise the number even higher. Also just because PC gamers don't play with 4k displays doesn't mean they don't have 4k capable devices. We have techniques such as downsampling which allow us to play games at resolutions higher than what our screens natively display. Considering that the GTX 1060 is the most popular GPU according to the Steam survey it means that millions of PC gamers much more than the amount of Xbox One Xs or even Xbox Ones in general sold could play games at 4k at Xbox One X or higher quality and performance if they wanted to.

lol only because its running below full ultra settings...... its using a slew of settings including medium to high to some aspects to save performance. If you where to turn down one or two settings to high from ultra gtx 1060 would still beat the x1x.
