I want to build a PC to connect to a 60" 1080p HDTV. It will only be for gaming.

How much would it cost to build a PC that can run Crysis at above 45FPS ? 0xAA 0xAF, 1920x1080, very high-max settings.

I also want a smaller pc case that can fit in my media rack below the HDTV. Should I do water-cooling because of putting the PC in an enclosed media rack?

I'm thinking about the PC Design Lab QMicra V2 case for to meet the above criteria..
