An impression of the cast? If anything that impression should be good. Oscar-winning lead actress, highly-respected martial arts expert and Mads frickin' Mikkelsen.

@billzihang: Why? What have you seen that it looks awful? Very competent director, impressive cast (Ben Mendelsohn in particular) and a focus on war instead of the Force and Jedi/Sith... Sounds like a great chance to explore a completely different, much grittier, part of the Star Wars universe.

@alaskancrab: I am a proud owner of the base model ship and I paid the absolute minimum, like 95% of the other backers. When someone is enthusiastic about something, do you always just assume they've been conned? What a very sad way of living. Join Scientology? No thanks. That other cult, i think it was led by a crazy called 'Jesus' (?), even that was too much for me.
@dyshonest: So nobody should ever ask for money for any of their projects? Does going to a bank and asking for a loan qualify as panhandling to you? I don't think you quite get how capitalism works, do you? I'd genuinely love to know how you believe someone should start their company - rob a bank perhaps? old ladies in the street?
