@Zerabp: This is what I'm talking about. His comment is legitimate criticism. The movies follow the same plot and develop the same way just with different characters. That is not clever writing. It is a legitimate criticism.

You know, I'm kind of on the fence about this movie. I don't love it or hate it. But Star Wars fans are kind of pushing me to the hate it side. They brush off any legitimate criticism of the movie as "Doesn't matter." Almost like they make excuses for it just because it's Star Wars.

@nparks: Star Wars has too big of a fandom for it to disappear into obscurity. A good number of fans hated the prequels but that still didn't stop it.

....and? Is there going to be an article on how it breaks April fool's day records? President's day records? The third Tuesday in March records?
