Gears 3 is a great looking game but not as amazing as people here are making it seem. Even reveiws hardly emphasized on it graphics compared to uncharted 2 or killzone 3 review. People are just geting so hyped for this game here but the truth is when you actualy play the game, you'll notice gears 3 is a great looking but not so amaizing looking game compared to Killzone 3. Though it'll look amaizing to only 360 owners becose it the best graphic there now.

final version of Gears 3 had no AA whatsoever, its 3D is terrible, framerate dips as low as 24 fps.

Compare the exclusives. Look at the downloadable content and games available. Do you want to pay for online or not? Do you want a blu-ray player, or dvd player? Look at the future of both consoles. Are you fine with Microsofts heavy push for Kinect, and not so heavy push for core exclusives? Are you fine with Sony's implementation (of lack there of) of the PS Move? Do exclusives matter to you? Umm no no RROD still exists in the 360 slim mine last year RROD just after 2 weeks of bought it, since then i vowed never to spend my money on anything with 360 written on it. PAINFULL so beware!!!

You've said it all, i dont think it will be possible for any sequel this gen to get a 10 because it 6 years into this gen & everything is becoming boring only new innovative upcoming games like Last Guardian is possible.

What the disinformation or opinions with what i said?? :( chache or no chache its a fact that Killzome 3 has no load times nor mandatory install, after the first load its a smooth non stop gameplay to the END :) which 360 game offers such experience :( You like Starburst don't ya? It does, you need many cells though, like 100 PS3 combined, then you can have that power unlocked and PS3 can actually run Crysis 2 in true HD like xbox 360 and not sub HD and blurry
Hopefully next gen Sony wotn promote their hardware, like the not needed Blu ray and cell and provide a great GPU like 360 does, than have the customer pay for Sony hardware research and market break

While Killzone 3 on the the ps3 looks beter and still runs full glorious 720p HD, solid Framrate, no pop ups and fantastic MLAA which = 8XMSAA. And you think DVD is beter than Blueray? :lol: well let me let you know 360 is pulling multiplate games back from utilizing full ps3 hardware e.g MLAA on the ps3's dev kit. And guess what? Cell + Bluray allows ps3 exclusives to have ZERO load times(Killzone 3, Uncharted 2, God of War3) no install REQUIRED :D , now tell if 360 can do that :P so much disinformation and opinion. you just proved the point of this thread. the ps3 has hit the peak of its graphical capabilities, where as the current console graphics king is crysis 2 on the 360. hard to admit it, i know ;)

According to MANY game sites including gamespot and IGN, yes Crysis 2 is top graphics leader for consoles right now. Anyone elese opinion really doesn't matter because most people will be bias towards liking their favorite game over facts about how the engine works technically. Sure, Killzone 3 may run at 30fps, but at what cost? Baked in lighting? Less environment physics? Lower polygon count? So many factors that most 'gamers' ignore when judging graphisc of a game, they overlook whats real just because of how a game 'feels' to them and thus assume its graphics are better. I lol at them Ummm.....No you're wrong gamespot did not praise crysis 2 as graphic leader, let wait when gamespot will award uncharted 3 the most technical impressive game like the've done for 3 years (MGS4, KILLZONE 2, God of War 3) I didnt read any where on digital foundry analysis saying killzone 3 used baked lighting so i dont know where you got that from, but i'll like to see you compare Killzone 3's AA solution (MLAA=8XMSAA) to the s**** (TAA) used in crysis 2 or the level of AI in the both games the you'll know Killzone wipes the floor with Crysis 2.
