Typical Computer Repair Upsale Practice

Just found this video for KCAL 9 on YouTube.com.
It shows some of the messed up practices they use to get more money out of you. Not all of these shops are bad, some of them actually located the problem.
So to be on the safe side, take your machine to a trusted repair shop or take it to a friend that knows what he or she is doing.
