@Chaos_Dante_456 All you need is a packet sniffer but the data will have encryption so you will not be able to read it.... hopefully.... for those that actually buy it.
Take a look at M$ current Privacy Policy " ...our vendors may use aggregate data for fraud detection to help improve their services. This helps them to more accurately detect fraudulent transactions. We may access or disclose information about you, including the content of your communications, in order to: (a) comply with the law or respond to lawful requests or legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of Microsoft or our customers, including the enforcement of our agreements or policies governing your use of the services; or (c) act on a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of Microsoft employees, customers or the public. We may also disclose personal information as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets."
1: They share collected data of yours with "vendors" that you have no way of ever knowing who, when, why , how often without a legal case.
2: They will give away you personal data to the Government ( that you live under or FOREIGN if they ask for it in a legal matter)
3: They release your data on a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of the public = surveillance with the Kinect for any law enforcement agency.
4: encase they sale the Kinect or XBL your data under M$ ToS goes to a company that you did not sign a ToS for privacy policy for.
@pspearman Nah those sites require your willing input. X1 "knows" when you are learning, excited, disinterested and matches it the the stimulation that caused those reactions. You are profiled without your intent on expression. It TAKES the data rather desired to express it or not.
