No hes talking about the montage it seems since there was no music implemented during the Halo 3 demo behind closed doors.

They showed off the demo more than one time. How do we know if they didnt play music in one of the demo showings?

Gamespot and 1up both played the closed door demo and they loved it.Especially the graphics.1up said that the E3 trailer was not a good representation of the graphics since each shot was only about 3 seconds long.

I know what you are saying but this guy was acutally able to see the game being played up close. He can judge how the game is coming along much better than any of us and he says it looks pretty much average to good. I don't know about the rest of you guys but when I hear the name Halo, I'm expecting something more than just average or good. I expect it to be amazing. I'm sorry, I really think Bungie was lazy on this one.

Another person judging the game on visuals alone. Oh well.

None of the Halo games have been visual tour de forces, but they are all remarkably solid and a blast to play. The story is well done, and the balance has been suberb. What Halo looks like to me is secondary to how it plays, and no one's opinions of the graphics is going to sway that.

I agree. However, is there a reason why we couldn't have had both amazing gameplay as well as visuals? Is there a rule somewhere that says if you have amazing gameplay that amazing visuals cannot be done?

This was my biggest fear in regards to Halo 3. Bungie took the safe route(and lazy route in my opinion) anddid not spend the time nor energy in order to make this game truly epic on all levels. We all know the story and gameplay will most likely be good but will they be epic as this game should and could have been? Doesnt sound and look like it to me. As for the visuals, I think the game looks good but no where near as it could have and should have looked.

With the amount of money and time MS poured into this game it should have looked amazing on ALL levels. The xbox360 is such apowerful systemand there is no excuse why this game couldnt have looked amazing while still keeping true to the "Halo art ****" I will still be picking up my pre-order, however, I'm pretted pissed and disappointed in Bungie. Out of all the developers out thre I just expected more out of them.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that. One game is not good enough reason to pay 500 bucks for the system. Sony and the Playstation 3 still has a lot of work to do to convince me and countless others that its an amazing system. But I must admit, Killzone 2 looks amazing. WOW....just....wow.

1 game? I don't even care for Killzone 2. I don't buy those types of games. I just want people to realize that the PS3 in hardware specs is better than the Xbox360. A debate that I think should be put to rest now. Also, I will say that the value of the PS3 doen not determine how much you have or willing to spend.

Well I sure hope that a system that was released a year before the xbox360 would have better hardware specs. Yes, I will admit that the playstation 3 has better hardware specs and is more powerful that the xbox360. However, how much more powerful is the real question. Its harder to program for and so far, other than killzone 2, I have yet to see a game on the Playstation 3 that has blown away games on the xbox360. As for the Playstations 3 value. Yes, when you look at value the playstaion 3 gives you alot for the price. However, its still too expensive for me and countless others.
