@mattress805 I can see what you're saying, to a point. They shouldn't have included Kinect as mandatory, but you cannot say they gave hardcore gamers the middle finger.
If this was the truth, their games & targets would be more online with Ouya or the iPhone. They wouldn't have all the shitty Battlefields and MW4012's and Fifas and every other soon to be releases hardcore appropriate game. They'd focus on 10 minute bursts of games.
They have released features that you may not care about, like TV / NFL / Fitness, but to say that those features make the console not for core gamers is bullshit. Look past the shitty immediate reactions from the community and think about it for 3 seconds.
Again, you can choose to not get it b/c it's not worth it the money compared to features you won't use, but it's not any less of a core gaming platform.
@DevilD2005 PS4 requires a subscription to play your games online. If you just want to use the apps, like Netflix, then cheers, you're not required to have one.
@santinegrete @Stryder_18 Agreed. Single player in most MP-oriented games suck - shitty story - but it's a great learning tool. Learn the actions, the weapons, etc.
@sanec Agreed. I said this in a previous comment. It's not some new special feature. You can buy games anywhere and put them in to your download queue for 360 as is. If you happen to have your system on, it will start to download. This isn't a copy off ps4, it's a copy off something it's already doing with the 360.
Doesn't this already exist on 360? If I have mine on, I can be on any computer / phone, buy a game online, and add it to queue and it will start to download.
@COPMAN221ISBACK @bluepuppy82 Is that a laugh or a Jeff Goldblum studder... "ah ah ah that's how all of this starts, but then later there's the running and screaming"
