@vickissv2: If you camp in PUBG, you die. Just look at players with high win % like Shroud or Doc, they keep moving, and they play at 100-120fps range.
@elmarine2064: Have you never gamed at 144fps/144Hz? It's a HUGE difference in smoothness and response from 60fps/60Hz. it's very difficult to downgrade back to that low framerate after you've gotten used to it even.
@Berserk8989: Exactly, the overpriced X1X CPU cannot keep up with a CPU heavy game like this. That's why it'll be 30fps. Any PC with even a couple generation old Core i5 runs this at 60-120fps depending on GPU.
@solid_snake1461: Yes there is a reason, because the CPU in the rip-off "most powerful console" is garbage and this is a CPU heavy game. On a PC just a cheap Core i5 3.5GHz will run this game at 60-90fps no problem.
@kadaverhagga: I have a Core i5, not an expensive CPU, along with a 1080 (great GPU) and run at around 100fps on medium. Coupled with a 144Hz it's an incredible smooth and responsive experience outside a few of the trouble spots like Yasnaya.
@XxAK47xX: Yes but there's a difference, even with it's "bad performance" mid-range PCs are at least 60fps. Many are running 100-120fps on 144Hz monitors.
@reddevilofhell: I have a 6600K / 1080 and run around 100fps. 144Hz monitor of course. Other than some bad spots like Yasnaya that still need optimizing. Not sure what's wrong with your rig.
