I wonder if the next gen consoles will suffer a slow start due to people defecting to PC because of the 10,000 year console cycle?
Or maybe due to feeling the hit of an unprecedented amount of money spent on console games that are flushed down the toilet with new, non-backwards compatible systems?
Probably not. But something in me kinda wants to see the next console gen suffer for the constant "we hate our consumers because we can" attitudes of MS and Sony.
@aldronlin @Saidrex @cheamo ME 1 & 2 were fine. 3 looks fine too. But there are about a million games that look "fine" so if they won't sell where I want to buy, it's not going to be missed.
@Stoner-Pimp @barrybarryk It's because everybody already has Steam, and we like it. Having to install Origin & etc is just another program I don't need.
Not releasing on Steam is like not allowing Gamestop to sell retail copies of your game. It's just really annoying to not be able to shop where you want to shop.
I don't buy PC games through Origin. No Steam No Sale. It's not about Steam loyalty, it's about if they want to limit their market, then let them. Someday, there will be a Must-Have on Origin and I'll deal with it, but so far I can live without so I do, even if I would have purchased their game if it was on Steam.
@jameson425 lol. Maybe because it is the Constitutionaly mandated responsibility of the United States Federal Government to investigate steroid use in baseball.
