The $10 extra are usually a licensing fee to pay the console maker. However the PC doesn't require licensing, it doesn't make anysense why they would make PC users 59.99 bucks? If you haven't noticed, PC gamers arn't going to shell out 59.99 without getting their money's worth. :|

I love my polks.

But I don't know many gamers with a dedicated reciever and proper speaker setup to even take advantage of lossless audio. Just alone a proper entry 5.1 home lossless audio setup can cost you over 2k.
