@cboye18: High refresh rate monitors usually have a variable refresh rate feature such as G-Sync or FreeSync. This allows the monitor refresh rate to match the current frame-rate of the game so it doesn't matter if the frame-rate fluctuates.
This article has a bad setup for 4k max settings. A GTX 980 4 GB does not have enough VRAM for max settings at 4k for a lot of these games. At least 6 GB VRAM cards should be used.
@savagerodent: Both games were savaged by modders. Mod for Zestiria fixes frame pacing issues and enables 60fps. Mod for Symphonia allows for 4k resolution with outlines and fixes frame pacing issues. My only disappointment with Symphonia is that it couldn't be fixed to run at 60fps like the game cube version.
Since they are not developing PC version at same time, when it comes to PC it will probably be an unoptimize mess like FFXIII series. It may even be capped at 30fps.
@Dark_sageX:True, my comment was my feeble attempt of imitating some console only gamers who flip out when a console exclusive gets announced for PC. I have a laptop where I tried out steamos, however my main PC is still windows. I'l try out the steam controller on windows version this weekend.
