Dang, now I'm really excited about Far Cry 2. Looks like its going to be great. And that music is awesome, hopefully the whole soundtrack in the game is just as good. The song is Rachid Taha - Barra Barra if anyones wondering.
Crysis looks nice, but my PC can't run it, and even if it could, I'm not sure if it'd be a definite buy for me.
For PS3:
R&C
Heavenly Sword
Lair (I really want to for some reason)
And sadly, even though I;ve owned it for over a month...MGS4. I bought it with the essentials, I just dont have the time to clear through all four games right now, I've never played one before.
For PC:
The Witcher
All the old school RPGs, need to pick them up
Hey all. I'm in desperate need of PSN friends so I can get into online. I don't have a headset yet, but I will once SOCOM comes out. I'm a pretty good gamer (former heavy WoW player, and big steam gamer (feel free to add me on steam as well)).
My psn id is Psychedout, and and I have these online games:
Motorstorm
Rock Band (Expert Drummer/Guitarist/Bassist, Terrible Singer) (I drum in rl as well, so I'm pretty damn good :P)
GTA4
MGO
Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom
Warhawk (I'm terrible, can't wait for those tutorials with 1.5)
R:FoM
And I will be picking up Burnout and Soul Calibur either today or tommorrow, and many others this fall. I'll accept all requests and I'll pretty much play anything at anytime.
Looks absolutely fantastic, can't wait.
Anyone know about using the actors from the movies for the voices or is it going to be seperate? I'm asking this because the Joker looks more like Nicholson's, so that wouldn't really fit with Nolan's Universe.
And the 18th picture, is that the riddler?
[QUOTE="SageJMP"][QUOTE="skrat_01"]Its good... but.
There are way to many down-loadable packs for it on PSN that require micro-transactions.
skrat_01
There are two, that is right, only two downloadable packs, which include a new map and a new vehicle each, how is that "way too many"???
Also you don't have to buy them, there are plenty of servers running non-expansion. Actually, a majority of servers are running non-expansion. So where are these "required" micro-transactions you are talking about?
Really? From what I have spied there are more than two downloadable packs, ill check right now....
Im just worried that ill have to purchase them in order to play with the community, I dont see why these coudlent be updates for the community, to increase it, rather than priced addons (which seems like all the rage on the console platforms).
If most servers only go by non expansion, then i'd defitnaly consider buying it as I have enjoyed playing the game, even if TF2 is eating up alot of my time.
*edit*
3 Downloadable Packs, a total of $33.
As I said, that really put me off buying the game.
There are two booster packs, the third one is a combination of both for a cheaper price. I thought the same thing when I first looked at the page yesterday.
But back to the topic, I just bought Warhawk last weekend with 5 other games (Resistance, Untold Legends, Viking, Uncharted, and NG) and WArhawk I just got around to playing yesterday. I was hesitant at first, but after playing it, I was soo glad I got it. ITs really a lot of fun, and getting to a server is easy. People were talking on their mics, not too much, but enough to communicate. I dont have a headset, but I will when SOCOM comes out and it will be used for both games. Its really a game that any Ps3 owner should have (I dont even like online games and I love it). I'll probably buy the booster packs soon. CAn't wait for the trophies and I also heard that there will be training portions with the new patch, hope thats true, it is hard.
TF2, Wind Waker, and the opcoming PoP look great artistically.
Also, that wii game coming up soon thats like white and red only, I forget the name, and I've never seen videos, but it seems like it could be cool, even though it seems to be copying Frank Miller's comics' style...Plus it looks like it could hurt the eyes in motion.
