Those games will help sales for sure, but I have a feeling that by the time the really big titles are out (namely FF and GT) it'll be too little too late. The 360 has a huge lineup for the remainder of 2007 which along with a price cut (which should happen this year) it'll get a big sales boost, and the Wii is well... the Wii. I'm sure the PS3 will be successful, just not as much as the competition.

First, MS reached its sales goal for 2006 and sold 10.4 or 10.6 million consoles (can't remember which one). When MS sells a console, they sell it to a distributor. Its not like they ask EB nicely to sell their console and then EB sends them a check at the end of the week.

Second there are no accurate sales numbers except for the manufacturers numbers. Not even NPD numbers are accurate.

I have no doubt the 360 has a higher defection rate than the industry standard, but if it was as bad as it is made out to be the BBB or something would force a recall.
