I agree, cover based third person shooters are probably the most formulaic genere ever and not only that, they are literally just a peakaboo minigame. The Order 1886 does have amazing graphics and an awesome setting but we all know all of that is just wasted on a game like this.

Not really, this is what Microsoft has been doing for a long time. Microsoft has a terrible first party so all they can do is stop Playstation players from playing certain games at least for a certain amount of time by bribing third party developers.

Both The Order 1886 and Quantum Break look like shit. Seriously, killing the movie-like TPS genere would be something positive for the gaming industry. Also stop using the "you are just jealous its not on your system" argument, its really cheap. There are legit reasons to hate what Microsoft has shown about Quantum Break.

Because its another of those crappy movie-like TPS that has been done a billion times in the previous gen. Its only natural to find these kind of games boring considering how generic and formulaic they are, not to mention they are a big step backwards in terms of game design.

Of course its been done before but the thing is that the previous generation was defined by its oversaturation of shooters. Thats exactly why BloodBorne´s formula despite being used before, it still doesn´t feel as generic as the movie-like cover based third person shooter formula.

The thing is that Sony has more to offer then games like The Order 1886. They showed BloodBorne and Rime. I think those games are far from being crappy movie-like cover based third person shooter. And yes Quantum Break and the new Tomb Raider game are generic movie-like games.

Not really, Im capable of getting some enjoyment from playing Tomb rider but Im not exactly a huge fan either. I cant say its a system seller for me.

Nope, I will not or atleast until their console gets strong first party support, stop milking Halo/Forza/Fable/Gears of war and actually start working on exclusives that are not the typical garbage that you would expect from AAA games.
