...well, at least in the New Hampshire school district. I won't be surprised if this spreads further though. There have been many cases recently of elementary-aged students being suspended for things like Hello Kitty bubble guns among other things. The New Hampshire school district is eliminating "human target activities" and things which promote violence, in this case, dodge ball. Link

Thoughts? Are schools becoming too paranoid?

People are going to call you dumb. I'm studying business and sound engineering.. and it appears I'm going to get better paying jobs in my art field.. lol. As long as you work hard, and try.. You will be fine. Graphic Design is a great field.

So you're an artist too? Did you just practice on your own, while going to school for business and sound engineering?

I switched my major from Network Engineering to Art at a communnity college, to later transfer to an in-state university and major in Art and Design. I decided to "pursue my passion" and work hard in this field. The major isn't totally useless like a Fine Arts degree or philosophy degree, based from the program courses and descriptions at least; I'd be working with graphic design, 3D animation, and even a little bit of web design, among other things.

There are people who consider it lazy to not pursure IT and CS and Mathematics and say it's the reason why tech jobs are being outsourced more and more. What do you all think, not only for my decesion, but with the whole "there are too many American students who pursue non-sense degrees instead of IT and math, etc."

would help if op had some background info4myAmuzumament

Vemma in particular, sells health stuff, like healthy energy drinks and meal replacement bars and such. My friend claims people make 18k a month and get a BMW in 3 years, etc. However, I'm sure these people are few and far between. The system works by you having people "under you" who recruit people and have them buy the products. Then you earn a % of their efforts basically; and you earn people above you residual income. I decided I'm not going to do it though.

Many enthusiast claim "in a few years, you'll be earning 30k a month!" I don't believe this. Also, they say it requires "a lot of work", but I'd rather put in effort into something else...

(sorry, I know this is poorly articulated and written)

I have recently been pushed to join a MLM (Multilayer Marketing) company named Vemma but am hesitant to get on board. Just out of curiosity, would any of y'all join a MLM company or have in the past?

We don't have any macs. I remember I used a program in the past for myself, but I can't find it, it was totally free too. Oh well...

Nope, on iTunes it's only possible to transfer music from the pc to the iphone, but not vise-versa. My sister bought a new laptop and needs to transfer the music from her iPhone to her computer.

I've looked and found nothing completely free. I'm not spending $20-$30 on any software that should be free. This is my last iPhone because Apple is unnecessarily restrictive. Many trials have a 100 song limit, so thats not an option. Anyway, any help is appreciated. (Jailbreaking isn't an option because it's actually for my sister's phone).

Microsoft should've released it back in September. Some of my friends didn't buy Halo 4 because BLOPS2 was around the corner. I imagine many other people did the same.

Thoughts?

We could have an equal amount of rpg/fps hybrids and "traditional" fps. Also, some fps/rpg hybrids could remedy balancing issues and other problems by being similar to Kingdom Hearts in the sense that you're only leveling one character. There aren't any classes or different outcomes based on choices. However, leveling a character and advancing/increasing abilities/learning new abilities adds incentive, a sense of progress, and overall depth to most games.
