Totally agree! Framerate should always trump resolution.

The only way I will be buying a next-gen console, is if every game is 60FPS.

My 30FPS gaming days are done.

@systemoverload: I'll buy a PS5, but only if I can play all PS4 games at 60FPS. I stopped gaming on my PS4 once the PS4PRO came out. I had no desire to play any game, knowing that there's a better console out there. And I didn't want to give Sony any more of my money by buying a PS4PRO. I will never buy two consoles every generation. No friggin' way.

@firedrakez: Totally agree. Being able to play older games with increased framerate and resolution would be a game changer. As a current PC gamer, that would bring me back to console gaming.

@videogameninja: Remasters are great if you get increased framerate. I no longer play any games at 30FPS, so there's a whole bunch of XBOXONE and PS4 games that I missed out on, that I will only play if I can achieve 60FPS and above.

@chris_535: That's what I want to know. Will we get better framerate playing XBOXONE games on the XBOX Series X? I read the article, but didn't watch the video. And this was not mentioned in the article itself.

@Atzenkiller: Nobody will care what it looks like, just as long as it's powerful. And I'm glad it's black. I hate white consoles. They are such eye sores.

Make every single game capable of 60FPS and I'm already sold.

@Archangel3371: Yeah, Vanquish really was an amazing game. One of the best games of the Xbox360/PS3 era.

Vanquish must look and play beautiful running at 4k at 60+FPS.
