World bosses were dying in a few seconds because of terrible balancing issues that never were solved in the 3 month season, million dmg dps necros and barbarians.

If you got late into the world boss clock like 10 sec to rollcall you got into groups with no necros or barbarians and the fight was a normal world boss fight.

Adding the idiotic dmg debuff that uber bosses have is completely dumb on pit fights, the problem was shadows bosses like lillith one hit almost anyone and pit bosses have an absurd hp pool. Reducing its damage output when even one hit of any of the 3 shadow bosses (past pit 60) means you have the chance of getting a debuff stack every time a shadow boss does its signature attack. On uber bosses with 3+ debuff stacks you are risking getting one shot.

Like those 3 circling fireballs the most common shadow boss tier 1, one of those fireball would hit most of the time, now you gonna have to lose precious seconds avoiding that signature attack.
