@drizzygadget:

Funny that people forget that similar things happened with xbox360. The first Mass Effect was an xbox and PC exclusive. Then the second one released on ps3 with an eventual re-release of the first game. I want to say that this happened with out games, at least with games starting out xbox 360 exclusives then finding their way to PC like Gears of War.

"People that want a console will get a console, and same with a PC."

Perfectly said, I'm not sure why this is a hard to understand concept. Some people just aren't really interested in PC gaming just like some people aren't crazy about console gaming. It really isn't a matter of one being better than the other, more of a matter of one fitting a person's preferences.

I get that but in that case it benefits the PC gamers. If PC is going to get the same or most of the same exclusives then it saves them some money.

But my understanding is that there are Xboxowners complaining and my thing is you already own the console why complain? If people bought and xboxone solely for Quantum Break my response would be "why did you buy a consoles months before the game you want comes out? I find it hard to believe there are people that bought the console solely for this exclusive.

Well without exclusives it is pointless for there to be more than one console. If there were no exclusives wh even make xbox and playstation.

I guess if Microsoft, sony, and nintendo came together and decide to put assets together and creat one ultimate console together then there would be no need for console exclusives. Each company could release their "exclusives" on this one console together. Would be cool to see

Yeah that just about ruins it for me. I simply don't have the time to invest into a strictly online game. With a solo campaign I can at my own pace, with an online game you need to play consistently to stay at a high level and keep up with everyone else.

Okay so you're just a bit older than me. I think with our age group we grew up with the "mystique" (so to speak) of the Star Wars movies. I remember growing up and never questioning "are these movies good? How good are these movies." It was kind of just accepted as fact that the trilogy and series was great, if not a masterpiece. I feel like in hindsight, looking back at these movies from a modern perspective and ignoring the "mystique" of them, they do fall a bit short of the greatness that they are associated with (unfortunately it is treated as blasphemy to say anything negative about these movies).

With our age group I feel like you are either a huge, die hard fan, more of a casual fan (similar to you or I), or someone that was just never interested in the movies.

@timmerous: to be fair there is a lack of demos all around this generation. EA is one for the few companies currently that at least still release demos. Not for every game but I know games like I Fifa and NBA Live received demos last year, seperate from EA Access.

Completely agree. Like you said people are always going to find ways to complain especially because it is EA. An arguement could be made that EA could offer more with the subscription but for $30 a year and a library that is only going to grow it is difficult to complain. Ironically the majority of people that complain are the ones that have never even tried the service.

Makes sense. My guess is that it will take less than 10 hours to complete the game so it is understandable that they wouldn't give us full access to the game. I am curious about how many levels the games had and roughly how long each level is expected to take. If we are looking at two 10-15 minute levels thats a little bland.

If you have read the Civil War comic you would know that a lot happens before the teams settle their differences and become "buddies". A lot of changes and ramifications happen as a result of the "civil war".

As for Batman v Superman it was obvious from the beginning that the movie was more than the title suggest. We all know they are leading into a Justice League movie so there was no way this movie would solely about the to heroes duking it out tIL the end.
