Hell to the YIZAAHHH! I'm a Radiant Silvergun. Named after only the best shooter of all time along with being one of the greatest Sega Saturn games in that system's life. Talk about a game that needs to come to the states. I can see it coming to PSN and Xbox Liva arcade one day. Anyone want to start a petition with me to Sega? Let me know!
I have posted a new review, friends.

For those of you that know me, my reviews are quite full in content compared to most fan reviews out there. I have added my latest review of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, if any of you are interested in reading it. It's sad that a game like this has so many reviews out there that are simply one paragraph in length or that reviews are sophomoric and not well thought out. Something like "This is the AWESOMIST PSP GAME EVER!!!" is what we have to sift through in order to find someone that has actually put some work into what they write.
My reviews are always full. I tell the strengths and weaknesses of the games I review and I share actual points of play so anyone reading my reviews will be able to better determine if this would be a suitable game for them or not. If any of you are looking for some decent fan reviews, please feel free to look at some that I have written. It will save you the time of looking for decent reviews beyond the pros and also from having to search through 100 fan reviews that may not be enough to persuade you on way or the other on the game you are curious about.
As of now, I only have 20 reviews. I will be writting more reviews shortly and I hope they will find an audience among the mess.
Bionic Commando? Can I get a new rank?

Why Microsoft has just become my favorite game company:

Just so you know, some of you may read this is a forum as I am about to post it in the Xbox 360 forum area, so my apologies for those of you that read this twice.
My Xbox 360 crapped out on me over the last weekend. I got the "Ring of Death," as it has so affectionately and aptly been named, right in the middle of playing The Orange Box my 360 froze and that was all she wrote. Now, am I mad about this? Well I was until I talked with the Microsoft people. What they did for me was an outstanding example of excellent customer service. I am beyond shocked at how well they have handled my dillema.
For starters they were kind enough to actually TALK to me on the phone instead of sending me through a million automated options before getting to a real person. Yes, there is an automated response system but you can bypass it immediately by just saying "Customer Service" while on the phone.
Next they were kind enough to walk me through the process of seeing what the failure might be. They had me check my Hard Drive, my connection, and a few other possible problems before deciding that it was the actual system that had the failure. And they did this by walking me through the process step by step on the phone.
After realizing that it was a system failure they took my information and told me that they would be sending me the box and everything I needed to deliver my 360 back to them for repairs. They took care of the whole thing; shipping and handling, packaging, inctructions... the works. They also explained to me that they would be compensating me a full free month of Xbox Live Gold for my troubles.
Now today the box arrived at my house and I was again amazed at everything that they provided. The box, the shipping label (3 day shipping service for UPS already paid for) , the foam padding to keep my system safe through travel, full instructions on what to do, and even a strip of shipping tape for me to properly seal the box back up for shipping! I mean, honestly people, I'm not out a penny!
After all this, I have to say I'm almost glad for what happened to my 360. This is the kind of service that will draw customers like wildfire. Think of it; Microsoft realized there was a flaw in their design so they extended everyone's warranty from 1 year to 3 years, they stand behind their product, they offer full and friendly service over the phone, and when there was no way for me to troubleshoot it myself they are footing the bill completely to fix my system for me and provide me everything needed to ship and fix the problem, AND they are compensating me with a month of Xbox Live Gold! Now this is service people!
What this all boils down to, for me is this kind of service, top quality gaming experience, excellent online play all bring about customer loyalty. I honestly don't know what Sony or Nintendo would do for me if I had a similar problem with one of their systems. What I do know is Microsoft is taking care of me in full and beyond. They value me as a customer. As such I value their product even more and will be a fan of their excellent service and quality from now and on into the future. Bravo, Microsoft!
