This series will go to game 7 you can book it. The nba will make sure it happens

How so?

Obviously he means the referees will be wearing Laker jerseys under their Zebra uniforms. I doubt it, I don't blame game on refs, its loser talk if you ask me

"LOSER TALK"? Are you kidding me? Are you new? I might dislike the lakers more than anybody in here. I'm just calling what i expect to see.

come on man i've read your posts. you say you've been watching the nba since magic and kareem so i'm sure you've seen this story before. The NBA wants this series to go as long as it can. So unless Boston blows LA out, you can bank on LA getting every break in the 4th qtr in game 6 because close games are easier to manipulate without looking obvious. I'm not talking conspiracies, i'm talking what i have seen watching nba basketball for my entire life. These things tend to work out that way. I hope i'm wrong but i doubt i will be.

So it's 2-2 and the Celtics winning in6 could still happen. Still it also shows that the Lakers need Bynum healthy in order to win this series.

I read through the last 10 pages and you are the 1st person i saw state the obvious. If Bynum isn't going to play the lakers WILL lose. If Bynum does play i'm pretty positive the Lakers will win. It's that simple. Just look at that 4th quarter. Bynum didn't play one minute and the Celtics were going to the hole at will and there was nobody back there waiting at the basket. That is the key to the rest of the series - PERIOD.

Well the Celtics still won game 2 and I believe Bynum still played that game. Still, I doubt Big Baby and Nate Robinson would have scored that many points if Bynum was there disrupting them.

Well that was cause ray allen was going off from 3. Bynum can't impact 3 pointers. If Allen or anybody shoots like that again it won't matter, but that's not going to happen. Even if bynum is at 50-60% he is better than anything else they can put out there in place of him. If he just stands in the middle of the paint with his hands up, blocks some shots, and grabs some boards, that will have a major impact on the celtics shot selection. I mean i watched this game tonight and watched the Celtics miss WIDE OPEN jump shot after jump shot for 3 quarters. In the 4th qtr they finally wised up. "bynum's not in the game, lets go to the hole". ANd the rest was history

[QUOTE="locopatho"]It probably will, but I reckon the nextbox will come out first :)

That's the key. If you count this generation as, as soon as the next system comes out then no, but if you count forever, meaning total sales 5-6 years from now then i say yes because i fully expect the next x box to comeout before the next playstation and xbox players will be moving on. So it all depends on how you look at it

it was bad in the first game and i thought there was "no way" it could get worse in the 2nd game. Well guess what? i was dead wrong. Which is a bad sign for the rest of the series. At this rate, mark my word, DJ mbenga and Brian Scalabrine will end up being determining factors in the outcome of this series. Part of me would like to say that was a joke, but i'm not too sure at this point

well that means that there's at least one more game that i'm forced to watch that will have the refs blowing the whistle every other play. I don't even like either of these teams, i'm just someone who wants to watch the "best of the best" play each other for the ultimate goal. Too bad the refs won't allow that. And it's not even like i can make a smart ass "Tim Donaghy" comment cause it's been HORRIBLE on both ends.

someone needs to draw a foul on bryant and get him out of this game

don't worry, the way this game is going give it 30 seconds and he'll be gone. This might be the worst game i've ever watched

the refereeing in this game is just atrocious. I thought they'd improve from the first game, but it has been worse this game. You can't go more than one possesion without a foul being called on either team. How in the world do you have 6 players with 3 fouls at halftime, and now garnett, perkins, wallace, big babyand kobe with 4 in the 3rd quarter. The nba should be ashamed at themselves for this. These are grown men, not 6 year olds, let them play
