In the 90's Crash dominated Playstation with blockbuster titles such as CTR, Crash 2 and 3. When Naughty Dog left the franchice slowly ditilurated with crappy ideas and concepts. Its sad that he was initially Sony's mascot but now nobody wants him anymore and Sony probably replaced him with Sackboy (from Little Big Planet). Today there are many games out there to buy like Fallout 3, Banjo Kazooie and Super Mario Galaxy so the little orange whatever is slowly coming to a close.

crash was the mascot for ps1. Once it was sold and went multiplat it was over. I don't believe that PS3 or 360 have "mascots" because they are systems that aren't made to cater to that "type" of gamer. In terms of the Playstaion 3 and Xbox 360 for that matter they don't have mascots but you could say they have Solid Snake and Master Chief respectively as symbols of each system but not necessarily mascots

You are right, it is selling somewhat, however in terms of games it has next to nothing. Selling a console and supporting a console are two totally different things, all Sony is doing really is continuing to sell the PS2 and beyond that there's nothing else going on beyond a game here and there. If I were in Sony's position I'd keep selling the PS2 as well since they don't gain anything on the PS3's they sell.

I'm not saying its stupid to keep supporting it, I'm saying that a 10 year life span for a console that is being treated like a red headed step child isn't really a 10 year lifespan. Its almost like claiming that someone lived to be 80 years old, but in reality they spent the last 10 years of their life in a coma being fed through tubes, sure they are alive, but they aren't living.

so you are saying that a loss to Ole Miss looks better than a loss to Texas Tech. Sorry i don't care how good the SEC is i can promise you that Ole Miss would get destroyed by Texas Tech. With that being said, those things don't matter. The bottom line is if you are going to lose than lose EARLY. That's why USC, Florida and Oklahoma are crawling back up the rankings. The earlier you lose the better your chances. I think it's stupid but that's how it goes. And Texas Tech will fall victim to this as well, because assuming they beat OK state next week (no gimme there), they will go into the Oklahoma game like 10-0 and probably lose that game and have the same record as all the other one loss teams but you can guarantee they would be ranked at the bottom, even below a team like Texas who they just BEAT. It's a flawed system but that's the way it works.

And as for Georgia, this is what they do every year. Probably one of the top 5 most overrated programs in the country. When there is no expectations they have a great year and fly under the radar, but when the bulls eye is on their back not only do they choke they choke BIG. it's how it always is with them

First of all it's an amazing program that takes you behind the scenes of some of the greatest fighters in boxing. I love the series and applaud HBO for giving boxing fans a look into the lives of their favorite boxers. What really goes into each fight. The training, the discipline, and more importantly, the real people behind the success. I hope Roy knocks him out. I don't feel Calzaghe is worthy of any praise. To me, he didn't beat Hopkins decisively, it should have been a draw, plus he hasn't fought anyone worthy of going down as one of the greatest boxers in the history of boxing, maybe in England, but not in the world and definitely not in the books. Roy by decision or TKO in the 6th round. MarsGurl08

same could be said for Jones. He hasn't beaten anybody in their prime with the exception of James Toney (whatever that's worth). Hopkins was young and raw when they fought the first time, and joes has ducked him for the better part of the last decade since he knew he would lose. Then he fights trinidad and he hasn't beaten anybody noteworthy since Delahoya (which we all know he didn't win that either). Jones, in my opinion is the most overrated fighter of my lifetime and that includes Tyson. To be a great fighter you have to find great fights. Move up or down a weight class, don't stay in a division with bums. I have no respect for the guy and couldn't care less about this fight. As for 24/7, great show

I'm sure it will change as they add "Joe-Bob's random game site" to the lists. As it is right now, both scores seem to be about right.

people just don't understand how gamerankings work do they? All they do is take sample data from their sources make an average and then reach a whole number. It has nothing to do with "rounding up" or "rounding down". This goes for all games not just fable, or uncharted, or whatever. Certain sites like gamespot and ign use a decimal point system (i.e. 8.5 or 8.8), but gamerankings uses a whole number percentage system (i.e. 90, 91, 92) otherwise they would just post 89.75483 as their score when you click on each games individual page. They have to reach a finalized number. If it's a 93.24333 with their system it's a 93 final score. If it is 89.78965 it is a 90 final score. It's not about rounding up or down it's about getting a finalized number. it's as simple as that.

Wow that must have really hurt you 360 owners after all the hype you guys put out for fable II. I guess now you guys can understand how frustrated PS3 owners used to be when gamespot gave our games lower scores than most other places huh? great point. when games like Uncharted and R&C got tons of AAA's on other sites all you heard was "it doesn't matter, this is gamespot and only gamespot scores count here". Now that the shoes on the other foot all those people are backpeddling and brining up other sites that gave it higher scores. you all are full of it.
