@Kinguard73 @GONtheSKYLORD Same here! San Andreas might be technically greater game, but I still prefer Vice City as best GTA.

After playing this game for few weeks now I agree more with this review than the original. The best part of the game indeed is scripted missions and especially the heists. In free roaming open world, there's not just lot to do. You can't even go inside fast food restaurants anymore, actually there's very few places to go in this time. After playing this I have the feeling there was more living world-feeling in GTA IV. It was absolutely blast to cause mayhem in emergency center, bars, cluck 'n' bells etc.

And the new heat system just sucks. I accidentally drive over some pedestrians, because of horrendously bad frame rate and get two stars of heat which I have to waste 5-10 minutes (if they spot me for once) to lose it, instead just drive in nearest spay 'n' spray and continue what I was doing in the first place.

Don't get me wrong, it's absolutely fantastic game, but it's not no where near perfect, it lacks features that have been in GTA and other open world games before. And one last thing I really miss is replay and video tools from GTA IV. Another feature ripped off. I think this game just is too much for PS3 and 360. Too bad there wasn't PC version and when there will be, I have a feeling it's going to be just a straight port without any improvements, in worst case it's going to be bad port like GTA IV was. So there's no value buying it if you already got it for PS3 or 360. And if they come up with improved next-gen versions, they have to improve it awful lot to get my money again. Meaning all the mentioned features and more.

@danten81 Maybe if you play only games that comes to PC. Don't get me wrong, I prefer playing on my kick ass PC, but games is what matters in the end and sad but true the most games I really want to play are still console exclusives.

@Tiwill44 This adaption rate we will not see real next-gen games until 2016, because they have to be profitable on this gen machines.

@withe1982 I agree with you about launch games, but I still prefer people to adapt soon as possible, this generation has lasted too long now, games will come like they did for PS3.

No, absolutely not! This generation has lasted way too long now, quicker people adapt, quicker we get real next-gen games.
