@Macutchi: Reading that review, I have to somewhat agree, in particular when talking about playing against AI on wide tracks...they are just way too easy, as was the case with double dash on the GC. Having said that, 4 player was a lot of fun but it didnt really hit the heights of many other games around at the time.

I was going to keep in line with the cartoon themes and mention any number of Simpson games but then an absolute gem popped into my mind:

That's right, the unsung football hero of the 00s. The This is Football games lacked Fifas big money offerings and a lot of the nuances of PES but boy were they packed with game modes (I remember a school team mode), classic teams, sp and mp...og and two of the greatest inclusions ever - diving and purposefully dangerous fouls. Both were actually really clever tactical additions and added more realism then you would expect.

Trailing 2 goals behind and in desperate need of an attack? How about diving at just the right time, maybe the ref will be fooled (they often werent) and get yourself a free kick or penalty. Angry at the class of the opposition, why not take out their bets player. After all, this is more of an occurrence in modern football than it was back when these games were first released.

A series that should make a come back.

Its not as good as the peak COD, both in terms of the campaign and the MP BUT it is nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be. for me, it is a solid 7 or 8, with lots of fun levels and single player set pieces. The MP is huge fun and the zombie mode has a cool B movie vibe to it this time.

If you can find it cheap, get it.

@skipper847: You're taking this completely out of context. Dove released a tiny snippet on Twitter, which showed the white woman turning into a black woman, so in that way, it could have been taken in the wrong light, especially following on from the chinese advert.

Also, it is difficult to prove such cases in court, even if over 20 people have now made allegations, and that is just at the Old Vic. Now, none of that stops people weighing up the evidence themselves and coming to a conclusion, especially with zero denials from him and some others.

An ugly, bland, poorly written, poorly acted pile of trash that I;m happy will never receive my money.
