Lost opportunity and the newest additions.

lost disscount

First i want to say hello everyone. Well today i had a bad surprise. The thing is that last time I'd ordered a game at Amazon i received a $10.00 dollars discount over the next video game purchase but to my luck i forgot about the expiration date, it expired yesterday. :(

To make things worse i was looking for DS RPG's at the site and found that Chronno Trigger price has been lowered to $19.00 and Dissgaea is now$14.05. Using the darn discount i could ended getting one of the for just$9.99 plus shipping or the latter for just $4.05 plus shipping . Now that was a steal more since i haven't play any of those games, anyway it's too late now.:(

The new additions

1. Vakyria Chronicles 6 missions DLC.

2. PS1 RPG Grandia

I downloaded both of them today but actually haven't played them. Since i like Vakyria Chronicles i decided to get the DLC, just hope it's worth the money and fun to play. As for Grandia, i didn't knew anything about the game but after researching online it grabbed my attetion. A lot of people online say the game is one the best PS1's RPG's and after viewing some gameplay videos online i ended downloading it.

I just hope both the DLC and PS1 game are worth the download and money. It took me time deciding to get them but anyway i had the exact money inside the PSN wallet for a long time.:D

My age dilema.

Like the title say, I'm having an age dilemma. Here's the problem, I'm in the twenty's and lately every time i get interested in a game specially RPGs if the characters have Bios and theage of them is lower than mines i get discouraged. I'm having this problem right now with Final Fantasy XIII, after researching i havefound that all the main characters are younger than me and since the game doesn't have towns with NPCs i have get discourage to get it.

I really was thinking of getting it but this problem I'm experiencing is holding me back. I even have until tomorrow to decide cause that's the day a $10.00 dollar discount i have from amazon expire.I know this problem may sound silly to some of you but the reason i am writing this is becausei felt i needed to ge this out of me and writing seems to bethe best way.:(

I hope you guys give me and advice.

Finished The Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks.

Image 5

At long last i finished the game. I cleared the main story not the game 100%. I still haven't clear all the side quest and haven't found all 20 Stamps, those Stamps are still begging to be found. It took me a lot longer than it should had mainly cause iplayed the game every now and then only for about half an hour. Overall i found the game between good and great. Some of the problems of the previous game Zelda Phantom Hourglass has been solved but the game still have its flaws.

Pros:

1. Great Graphics for a DS game.

2. Lenthy experience.

3. Great and most importantly fun gameplay mechanics.

4. Cool Bosses.

5. Some of the puzzles are great and fun.

6. The transportation method is more interactive than the Boat from the previous game. You can accelerate, slow down, stop and switch tracks on the go using on screens icons.

7. The game features a main dungeon that need to be visited everytime a Dungeon is cleared like Ocean Temple from Phantom Houglass except that this time you don't have to redo everything previously done.

Cons:

1.Traveling between Towns and Dungeons can get wearisome andforces you to waste time before really starring to play, each travel to Towns and Dungeons can take you minutes.

2. Some of the new characters designs are questionable. I'm looking at you Lokomos, Protectors of the Realms and Spirit Tracks that are on Wheel Chairs. Seriously every single one of them is using a Wheel Chair like invalid people. Oh and wait still you see the true form of the final Boss.

3. The game forces you to use a in game flute whistling at the DS Mic before entering each Dungeon. This makes the game unplayable when you have people around or in public if you don't want to look ridiculous.

4. The spacing to get to a Dungeon is slow and a bit repetitive. You need to go the the Tower of the Spirits clear floor to find a Rail Map then go the new available area Town, talk to people, solve a quest, go to the Realm Lokomo and played a song with the Flute.

5. The Warp Gates gather around the Rail Maps are suppose to make traveling easier. Sadly they are almost useless, you need to go farther in the main story traveling long distances to find them butto use them you need toclear side quests to earn Force Gems. After that Force Gem will appear at one of the Warp Gate and you need to find it and shoot the thing to activate it.

Ready to call the Nintendo Customer Service

It seems i will have to contact Nintendo this week. Sadly it seems my Wii have a problem. Recently i bought Tatsunoko vs Capcom and a Microfiber Cloth to clean my DS Lite screens and to safely clean my games if needed. Some days later i took a look at the bottom of my Wii games and found that some of them have a minor very faint and hard to notice semi circular scratch near the edge. I don't thing this is normal since i'd never touch the bottom of my games and after i have finished using then they go right inside the cases.:(

Well i will try my best to convince them to make and exception cause my Wii is no longer in warranty. Now that i want to be playing Tatsunoko vs Capcom and NewSuperMario Bros. Wii i can't because i'll be risking my games and i don't want them to get damaged and lose my money spent on them. Now i have no choice but to return to my PS3 still this problem get solved.:|

The first game i bought this year

Here is the first game i'd bought this year, and wow it was worth the wait. This fighting game is one of the best out there, even if you don't know anything about the Tatsunoko charaters the game isa blast to play. The game have good and colorful graphics featuring amazing over the top special, flashy combos and a great variety of memorable and cool characters. The game features all the modes expected from a fighting game, Arcade mode in wich you clear a number of fights in orther to defeat the final boss and unlock characters ending, VS mode, Training Mode, Survival Mode, Gallery Mode and Online Mode i haven't try yet.

Some people may find the game symple at first cause the game uses a simple gameplay, instead of the traditional LP, HP, LK and HK, the game uses a Low Attack, Medium Attack an High Attact system. After you spend time in the game and beging to master the system you will find a lot of deep here and you'll be doing Aerial Combos changing characters, Baroque Combos and a lot of diffent chaining combos. If figting games is your thing, hardcore or casual ones, you are sure to find a wild ride in Tatsunoko vs Capcom Utimate Allstars.

And remember to make sure you have at least aClasic Controller to play this game or you won't get the full experience from the it.
