Not literally but I mean the band Mono from Japan. Some of the sickest stuff I ever heard through headphones. I have been getting into a lot of instrumental rock like Explosions in the Sky, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, and 65daysofstatic. By far Mono is my favorite! If your into instrumental rock do yourself a favor and pick up (download) some of there albums.

They take you up slowly with most of their songs clocking in around fifteen minutes and then completely obliterate you. I definately need to see these guys when they make it back to Portland.

I have had a better night at work tonight and seem a little calmer then usual. Probably the music I am listining to. The last few weeks at work seem to be literally killing my insides. I feel myself growing into somone I truly hate. I wan't to be care free and go with whatever life brings me but everything that does come my way I want to stab with a knife.

Maybe some video game decapitation might do the trick this weekend, I still haven't beat No More Heroes. I also want to go to a raging concert to release my anger I have been building up the last 23 years of my life.

Any idea's of getting my mind back into balance with life?

I killed a poor innocent bug today and I feel bad. There was no reason for me to kill it. From now on I am never killing another bug on purpose ever again!!!

Besides that I still feel pretty crappy today. I am looking for another job and it isn't looking to fair. The only calls I have recieved are from companies I really don't want to work for as they all offer just commission for sales. No thanks.

Time to go kill myself slowly with another stick of cancer.

To hate something is to find something so utterly repulsive that you don't want any of your senses to be infected by it. Yet we hate a great deal and complain about such insignificant matters that it makes me sick to my stomach.

You ridicule people for liking Atreyu and My Chemical Romance, why? They are just normal rock bands. The mass majority has never heard of your bands and instead of insulting their tastes just give them recommendations. Stop calling these bands garbage because quite frankly they are more talented then you. I used to listen to these bands before I got deeper into my musical tastes and developed better and more engrossing music.

I guess it is the cool thing to do is to bash the United States for their mistakes and what you call atrocities. To be the one of the top countries in the world brings a lot of puts you under a heavy microscope comparable to a celebrity. I believe this country to be so great is the fact you didn't have to be bread into this country to be a citizen and I think that trumps whatever mistakes the US has made. Except maybe a few, example: the Iraqi conflict. History will be the judge on this.

A lot of you have some of the worst misconceptions dealing with Christianity and have so much fun bashing people for their beliefs. The one way I explain my Christian beliefs is that it is only your personal relationship with God and that is it. It has nothing to do about going to church, converting people, following every rule that is written, or being the biggest smug on the block. Your personal relationship reflects these things by itself. God hates religion and wants it abolished from the face of this earth.

If you can except that this is my personal belief then I can accept you with whatever you deem worthy of believing in.

I guess I don't get why we must go so far as to HATE. We all have our differences and I think we can have decent conversations without stepping on someone's guts to get our point across.

Over the past 23 years of my life has been wasted (well not entirely) on that radio and what it plays. I have recently found my niche of music that I have fell in love with over the past 6 months. I don't know why it has taken me so long to dive in and develop taste but better late then never.

Thanks to these boards and boredom of all my other music I decided to take a chance on many many bands that I have never heard of. Also Pandora.com has had a hand in it.
