@mickpunx: I thought it was, but I guess it was just the video disc. Oh well. They both need an HD rerelease before 3 comes out.

I still want my SEGA SmileBit games: Panzer Dragoon Orta, GunValkrye, and Jet Set Radio Future. How about Otogi 1 & 2? SHENMUE 1 & 2!!!

@CyberEarth: I understand why a lot of people walked away from Nintendo--especially after the Wii, but they still deliver on first party games (unfortunately that's all they had for a while). I will say the Switch is pretty impressive. It may still be early for some, as the library builds, but it's a neat system, with a lot of potential. Also, Zelda botw is really as good as the reviews say. I've spent about 250 hours in it, and regularly think about going back. Third party games are slowly trickling in, which will keep the competition going. I think by the end of this year, all three systems will be in a nice position.

I can't wait for E3 and Gamescom this year. I'm willing to bet there are some big announcements coming from them all. Plus, we still have Red Dead Redemption 2 coming in the fall. I'm sure that will be amazing, and they haven't even shown much of it. I will probably buy the 1x specifically for that.

@CyberEarth: Yeah, I got mine fixed once, though I bought four 360's because of the red ring of death (and the no hdmi connection at launch). For a period of time before Microsoft owned up and put full coverage for 3 years on it, the 360 was at 56% fail rate. The ps3 was at about 12-14%, which is still high. Microsoft did own up to it, so I do give them credit there. Most companies wouldn't have done that. Strangely, every Nintendo system I've purchased, still works. I don't have my original NES, but my SNES, GBA, N64, GameCube, DS, 3DS, etc., still work fine. Cartridge based systems are less prone to damage because of the lack of moving parts though. The Xbox one seems pretty well made. It's quieter than the original ps4 (my pro isn't loud compared to my launch ps4), and doesn't get too hot. Anyway, I hope Microsoft does have a great og Xbox reveal. The Switch is selling well, and if the Xbox can bring more competition, the pressure will be on Sony to step it up and not get complacent. I'm a fanboy for all systems, so competition is a win for us!

@DeathCrusher91: Yes, you're right, they did add emulation to the 360. Unfortunately, it sucked. That's why they quit porting emulated games to the system. They looked and played worse than they did on the original hardware--most of the time. The older games run better on the Xbox one, which is nice, but yes, you are correct in your statement. I stand corrected.

@CyberEarth: Sorry, that wasn't meant to be against what you said. It was more to add on, as I agree. I bought that $600 ps3, and still love that I can play my older games without digging out multiple systems. I also like playing Crimson Skies, and my Treasure games (guardian heroes, radiant Silvergun, ikaruga, bangi-o) on my Xbox one. I guess the big point is, the consumers, need to make clear what we want, which goes with what you said about not purchasing a ps5 that isn't backwards compatible.

@CyberEarth: People seem to forget that Sony was the only company pushing backwards compatibility until a few years into last gen. A big reason the ps3 was $600 at launch (other than the blu ray player), was the actual ps1 and ps2 chipsets built into it. Consumers complained about the price until they took them out to cut the price. 360 isn't backwards compatible, and other than a couple of portables, Nintendo's systems aren't either. I'm not suggesting Sony couldn't do something similar to what Microsoft is doing on Xbox one, but I will point out how people believe what they want, when it comes to their system of choice.

This isn't a call out on anyone specifically. I just felt like reminding people that companies aren't our friends. They follow the money, and if we push, they will change (except for Nintendo--though I still love them).

@ruiner_game: why no 4k and HDR for PS pro? Really enjoying the game though.

@gamingdevil800: was it the jalapenos? I could substitute those hot tamales cinnamon candies, but I needs me spicy.
