Who knows? The only reason why Sanjaya was on there that long was because Simon made it so abundantly clear how glad he would be when Sanjaya was gone, and the people wanted to vote against Simon. Maybe everybody finally came to their senses, and realized the guy was an absolutely terrible singer.

All I know is that there was absolutely no way that they were going to let themselves get stuck giving a record deal to somebody with absolutely no musical talent whatsover.

I was sick for a week and a half once with some sort of stomach / intestine infection. They never figured out exactly what it was, but antibiotics made it go away, eventually. While I was sick I suffered from near constant abdominal pain, like I had to take the worst crap ever, but there wasn't anything in my system, because it all passed right through me. Seriously, the pain made it nearly impossible to sleep, and there were points where I couldn't help but groan from the pain.

I cannot believe that you actually used the Virginia Tech tragedy in order to try and make an argument for why guns should be easier to obtain :| That's disgusting, dude. Absolutely disgusting.

Why does there always need to be someone to blame for the world's tragedies?

I personally think that it was blown way, way out of proportion. Watching the video it seems that, if anything, Sid Rosenberg is equally if not more at fault than Imus.

[QUOTE="DaysAirlines"]Uhm, the screens say Alpha Build right on them.NextGenNow

Owned. It's the MP anyways. The SP is going to look better of course. Oh, and I'm not even a Halo fan......

Nope...they were playing a mulitplayer map with limited weapons on a beta....do you KNOW what the alpha stage of game development is?

Do you know what Alpha means? It's the first playable build of a game. Beta is the when a game is nearly complete, and they're just fine-tuning it, and maybe haven't added every single feature yet.

I don't see what the issue is here, and I don't see why anybody is acting like this is something that has never happened before. Most recent consoles have been upgraded over the course of their lifespan. I don't see how this is anything unexpected or new.

The HDMI output really only seems useful for HD-DVD movies, and that was never something that I planned on buying.

So wait...they have to spend $200 on a crappy next-gen DVD player, when by the time there are enough movies out on HD-DVD or Blu-Ray to make the players worth the investment, the machines will only be like $100?

I think the death penalty is used too often, but I don't disagree with it completely. There are some people in the world who are monsters, and they will continue to do monstrous things unless society takes action against them. There are some crimes so horrible that for anybody to commit them shows a twisted pathology from which there really is no recovery or redemption. Some people will continue to kill and rape no matter what, and not only do they not deserve to live, it is a waste of time and money to keep them alive when they will most likely continue their ways in prison.

Personally, I don't think premeditated murder is the worst possible crime, though it seems to be the one most likely to result in the death penalty. I think that acts of sexual violence and anything involving the molestation of children are the worst possible crimes, and people who commit those crimes are not really capable of change.

I want a program that's smart enough to take any song and convert it into a guitar hero track.
