[QUOTE="swamprat_basic"]Who cares if Shakespeare did not have a formal education? He was a genius, and self-educated. It would not be a strech to assume that the greatest writer ever has read a few books in his day. TallicaFan2005
Or was de Vere the genius? Shakespeare as we know him could very well be de Vere (and in my opinion it is). So yes Shakespeare was a genius, and formally educated in many subjects.

It isn't any more of a stretch to suggest that a commoner was Shakespeare than it is to suggest that an educated man was Shakespeare. Whoever wrote Shakespeare's works was the greatest literary genius the world has ever seen. It seems a strech to suggest than anybody could write as well as him, but yet somebody wrote the works.
I don't see what all the fuss is about Shakespeare not having a formal education. A genius is a genius is a genius. If he wants to write about something then he will do research and find out the information he needs.
I strongly disagree. Metroid Prime just wasn't that fun. Kind of boring actually. It definitely was not better than Resident Evil 4, or Ninja Gaiden, or the original Halo, or GTA III, or several other games.

[QUOTE="swamprat_basic"]It was terrible. I actually preferred Phantom Menace to "Attack" and "Revenge". The movies shyed away from all of the scenes that could have made the series into a true tragedy. Instead all we're left with is a giant cheezeball, sleazy sequel cash-in fest. Dasc00
Are you serious...phantom menace... Yes, it was the only one of the new movies that didn't promise more than it delivered.
[QUOTE="swamprat_basic"]She's actually a very good politician. You all just hate her because she doesn't like violent video games, but in the larger picture, that issue isn't worth squat. She is a strong-minded person who has actually come to her political views of her own accord, and not from what her parents believed. In fact, she was raised conservative, and used to be a Republican. Hillary Clinton is hardly the "most liberal" Democrat, which seems to be a charge the GOP makes of every presidential candidate the Democrats raise.
I personally don't see any reason why people should hate her. I think that all of the spite comes from Conservatives being afraid of Hillary Clinton, and how powerful she could be.Flaming_Ape
People are afraid of Hilary because she thinks she can have total control over everybody's lives once she's in power.... Right, because that makes a whole lot of sense...
I could very well say that Bush is a terrible president because he wants to control the lives of every person in the world, but it would be BS, just like your statement. Considering how on most issues Hillary Clinton is actually for more personal liberties (abortion, gay marriage, etc) than the average Republican senator, I have to say that all of you bitter Conservatives are hypocrites who have to resort to non-sensical, moronic hyperbole in order to bring down a strong-minded individual like Hillary Clinton.
