The only thing Nintendo has going for it is a tiny roster of exclusive titles. I've never bought a handheld gaming system, but this could be the first for me.

I am cautiously optimistic about this. The more it's a near-future setting, the more interested I am. To me, the excitement of exploration is discovering new things. An already established galaxy is less interesting I think.
I'm shocked the reviewer says the original game's combat was too frustrating. That was one of the best parts about it for me when I first played it. It felt like an RPG with FPS-quality combat, which was pretty novel at the time.
