Book4: Chapter5: The Duo and their Plot

This chapter is an important filler and leads to some good ol' action in the next chapter, but please, PAY ATTENTION to everything becuase many of you are confused (according to plan, hehe) and need the info!

I doN'T own anything, only my OC's.

“The first phase is complete, Ukem, the Chaos has destroyed that fortress completely without leaving evidence of a massacre and we have picked up our target, as I said earlier.”
“Good Meku, your general-like mind is perfect for us to dominate all of the dimensions.”
“Yes, and now, that we have Azula in our possession, all we need to do is infect her and she’ll be loyal to us.”
“It shouldn’t be that easy, she’s still related to Ozai, you forget.”
“No, you forget that she has been locked up in that same room for five years. She has a weak mind and heart now.”
“True, but what about Toph? The Traitor and that woman from another dimension killed Xin Fu, Master Yu, and their men to re-capture her.”
“Yes, they know our plan and they intend to stop it, but with the power we and the Chaos have, it’s impossible, even to the Avatar in the Avatar State and his Guider friend with him.”
“But the Guider isn’t with him, making our chances to conquer this dimension a lot easier.”
“Don’t underestimate the Avatar by himself; he still can’t be taken lightly, especially with his little ‘GAang’ with him and the other two.”
“I never do, which is why I think we should spread the Chaos like wildfire like we always do.”
“That’ll make it too easy.”
“No, it’ll just make it harder for them. On our side, we still need to adapt to this era’s technology if we plan to conquer it within a year, which is impossible, even for the Fire Nation at full power and with Sozin’s Comet above them.”
“Then it’s settled; I’ll command the Chaos as usual, and you try to find a way to secure their ‘cannons’ and, from what I’ve heard, war balloons.”
“With pleasure, but I rather not lead them personally; that would make it too easy for us.”
“The Chaos are, indeed, very powerful and unique in this dimension, but like I said, never underestimate your enemy.”
“I never do.”

----------------------------------------------------------------

After an hour or so flying around, the GAang stumbled upon to where the Serpent’s Pass was at and settled right in front of the gate that led to its trail. The GAang made some tents with the supplies the men brought with them and then settled around a campfire Aang made with his firebending. The blue fire eventually died to original red as time passed. Then everyone stared at the two new people, wanting to ask their infinite questions to them both.
“Before you start asking questions about what the hell just happened back there with the beam and all, I think it’s best for me and my ‘associate’ here introduce ourselves,” said the metallic-voiced figure. “This is Asajj Ventress and I…well…don’t have a real name, so I’m known as the Traitor. We already know you nine.”
“Prove it,” said Sokka, getting suspicious as soon as he said he called himself ‘The Traitor’.
“You’re Sokka, and everyone else is Aang, Katara, Toph, Ito, Suki, Ty Lee, Momo, and Appa. And don’t ask how we know.”
“How do you know that?” asked Ito, ignoring his last sentence.
“And just they said; the one with the long sword is a complete moron.”
“Hey, even if I’m a moron, I can cut you in half with one swing of my blade!”
“I’d love to see you try.”
“Calm down!” said the one known as Asajj in her hissing voice, not wanting to start a fight. “We know because we both have been with the Duo’s Experimentation and Infection Process, or DEIP, and we get informed with everything as they add the implants, which are what ‘Traitor’ here is wearing across his face. I managed to get mine off as soon as they strapped it on, but I still know many things they added to my head.”
“Such as…?” said Suki.
“Your names, what the Duo is planning, their names…” started the Traitor.
“So what are they planning with those creatures and that beam?” asked Ty Lee.
“The Duo, who are named Ukem and Meku, somehow have the technology and power to connect and travel through what they call dimensions. It’s pretty much anything that someone could think of that are in the dimensions, as there are infinite different kinds. But in every different dimension, their creatures change form and name. In this dimension, they are known as the Chaos. From what I and Asajj have heard, they’ve been known as the Nazis, Chimera, the Covenant, Heartless, and even in Asajj’s dimension, the Yuuzhan Vong. Each also has a different back story to their existence to hide their true creation and form and they all attack, look, plan, and act differently in each of those dimensions. Very bizarre, I know, but that’s what’s happening right now.
“That beam you just saw was one of their dimension portals that they use to transport the Chaos from place to place. And when they invade each dimension, they spread like wildfire and cause nothing but havoc on each one. Only in a few dimensions do they actually act and live like normal humans, like the one I mentioned about Nazis. But even if they know how to live, they have something else that just ruins the entire dimension…”
“So…you’re saying we’re going to be in another war?” asked Katara, knowing everyone else was thinking this.
“Yes, me and Asajj are trying everything we can to stop their major plan from working. It involves the capture of two people and they hope if they work together, they will be unstoppable.”
“Who are…?” said Aang.
“The first one, for sure, is Azula, which they already have we’re guessing, and the second one-
“-is Noku,” said Toph, interrupting him.
Everyone looked at Toph suddenly, then back to the Traitor.
“She’s right; Noku Iwamatsu is the second one they plan to join them. Never underestimate their powers; I’ve seen them revive Noku through experiments unlike any other. And after they brought him back, they tried to infect him with this gas that turns anyone or anything into their Chaos form, that the Duo calls it. But he managed to survive the infection a little bit, like me, Asajj, and a few others, and he escaped. We don’t know where he is right now, but we hope to recover him before the Chaos does, or all hope will be lost to return peace to all the dimensions they’ve attacked so far. Because if the Duo goes down, so does the Chaos, Yuuzhan Vong, Nazis, ah, you get the picture; all of them.”
“So if they infect both Azula and Noku and manage to get them working together…” started Toph.
“Then their power mixed with the Chaos Infection and helped with the Duo will be beyond anyone’s reach. They even want the Avatar to join them, but they already know his heart is too strong to be even touched by the infection process. So they’ve abandoned trying to find the right stuff for that. But if they do manage to capture you, Aang, then expect anything the DEIP might use on you.”
“Not going to happen, I never go down without a fight,” said Aang.
“You never went down at all,” said Katara, looking at him.
“How about that time when-“
“-Whatever, I’m just warning you right now. And I’m pretty sure the Duo are going to send their Chaos to attack the world any time now; they have the dimension portal open, they have their Chaos ready, the evidence is too much,” said the Traitor. “I also forgot to mention that for every different group of creatures, there are leaders, or a leader. For the Nazis, we know it’s a man named Adolf Hitler for the Yuuzhan Vong, we think it’s someone named Supreme Overlord Shimrra, and so on. But we only need to worry about this dimension that we’re in.”
“Who’s the leader for this dimension?” asked Ty Lee.
Asajj Ventress looked at the Traitor and then stepped forward to explain.
“They plan it to be Azula and Noku as the leaders, with themselves, the Duo, at the peak; they want this dimension to be their home,” said Asajj in her hissing voice. “This is why we must be on the move at all times; nothing worse than two ‘Firebenders’ that are either part of the royal family or destined to protect the world with extraordinary powers. So our mission is to find Noku and protect him from the Chaos from capturing him. But since he’s already infected, they can track him down a lot more easily with the Chaos scouts and their disgusting sense of smell.”
“Hey, I was supposed to be a scout,” said the Traitor.
“Which is why you’re disgusting, just like the Chaos.”
The ground shook suddenly for a few seconds. Then it stopped as soon as it started. But just like last time, another beam was shot up through the air, not from the fortress, but from the middle of the Serpent’s Pass as it split it in half, making it impossible to travel through without making a long bridge. The sky turned a dark violet and the clouds in it turned black as Ozai’s heart. Surprisingly, nothing came out of the beam. The GAang saw the Traitor and Asajj wield their unique weapons and so they too got ready for anything.
Just like five years ago, the serpent rose from the water and stared at the eleven figures (counting Momo and Appa). It gave its serpent scream at them as its tongue was as long as last time.
“Again?” said Aang, looking slumped and annoyed as he held onto his staff.
“Look again,” said Asajj, pointing at the serpent’s face with one of her swords.
They all looked at the serpent to see it having bright and shining gold eyes as it showed that it was infected from the Chaos. Then, slowly, its thick green and red plating of its skin turned to different colors and detail. The green became black while everything else turned dark violet or gold. It looked at the GAang then looked up into the air and screamed again, only to have black fire coming out of its mouth.
“That’s something new…black fire…worse than blue,” said Sokka, still holding his old boomerang and his Water Tribe sword. “What’s next, green?!”
The serpent was done breathing its fire into the air and struck at them with its long neck.

Book4: Chapter1: Happy Reunion

Oh boy, for some reason I'm psyched! I don't know why...maybe because that this book's villain isn't Ozai? Oh well, here's Book4: Chapter1 of The Outcast

doN'T own.

She hasn’t been to Ba Sing Se for 5 years and is going to the 5th Anniversary party that was inside the Palace. Last time she was in a partying outfit was in Ba Sing Se with Sokka, Toph, and Aang. The party was in the exact place as well, in the throne room. She slowly walked up the steps in a Water Tribe dress that showed her blue eyes as it was dark blue and the designs were a white dragon across the dress. Even in this formal outfit and the 5 years passing, she had the exact same hair type done and had the same personality.
The 19-year old Katara had grown much in the last 5 years. Her slim body fit her perfectly as she continued to walk up the Palace steps gracefully. But even in a time of peace and in the heart of Ba Sing Se, she always kept her water pouch hidden with her in case things got chaotic. However, she has never fought someone seriously with waterbending for 5 years and doesn’t plan to now. She was also very excited as the invitation she received mentioned that everyone of the GAang would be attending the celebration as well, including the Avatar, Aang. She couldn’t stop thinking how much he has grown and matured. He already started to mature a lot since his battle with Fire Lord Ozai, even if Katara didn’t see him since, she could still tell.
With the Waterbender were her father, brother, and sister-in-law. Sokka and Suki got married not too long ago in the South Pole as Sokka proposed to her with a neatly carved necklace that was similar to the Earth Kingdom symbol mixed with the Water Tribe. The wedding was small and only he, she, Katara, the Kyoshi Warriors that survived the Invasion, and the people of the South Pole were there. No one else knows about their marriage, but they don’t plan to keep it a secret. Both at the age of 20, they were very happy together like any perfect young couple would. Sokka was wearing a dark blue vest that was added with lighter blue pants with a white stripe across the waist area. Suki, on the other hand, let her hair grow and wasn’t wearing Kyoshi makeup. She was wearing a new beautiful dress she received as a gift from her warriors as it was lavender-colored with a green dragon design on it that was similar to Katara’s dress. Hakoda, on the 3rd imaginary hand, wasn’t very formal and was in his regular fighting clothes and outfit that he had since he left the South Pole 7 years ago, but not all of him was the same as he started to get some grey hairs from aging.
They entered the throne room after showing their passes to the big guard and found the party packed. Everyone of the highest rank in the AoF and the richest people around the world were here. Fire Nation nobles, Earth Kingdom heroes, Water Tribe legends, everyone; well, everyone except the people they wanted to meet the most.
“Do you think they’re here yet?” asked the woman, Katara.
“You mean Aang and the others? I actually doubt it. I heard that they were very busy with tasks around the world,” replied the older and wiser Sokka, “especially if Aang was searching for that Guider of the Darkness, which can be a big time-taker.”
Because Hakoda was growing older and older, Sokka got the new place in the South Pole as the chief. It also meant that the meat-and-sarcasm guy had to mature more as he had much more responsibilities, but he was still the way he was 5 years ago deep in his heart…and stomach as it was wanting some meat.
“I hope we see them again; five years is just way too long,” said the Kyoshi Warrior, Suki, who was holding onto Sokka’s arm and was wearing her marriage necklace.
Hakoda split from the three to talk to some Earth Kingdom nobles that wanted to hear his tales from when he was protecting Chameleon Bay for 2 years. Just as Katara, Sokka, and Suki were about to grab a plate of food when a guard wearing a helmet and an armored uniform that concealed his face stepped in front of them.
“Do you have the golden seal passes?” asked the guard in a deep voice.
“What 'golden seal' passes? Are you saying we can’t eat without them?!” asked Sokka, now looking like he usually did with food.
“No, I’m just kidding! But I have to have a word with you three,” replied the guard.
Suddenly, the guard just walked up to the three and hugged them all tightly. Katara tried to see who this guy was but then recognized the 6-foot sword strapped to his back and knew only one person who would carry a sword that long.
“Ito!” said Katara, hugging him back.
“Ito?!” said Sokka and Suki, before they too looked at the freakishly long sword strapped behind him. “Long time no see!”
The guard took off his helmet to reveal that was, indeed, Ito, only this time much older at the age of 18 and muscular. His dirty-blonde hair was slightly messed up as he wore the helmet for some time today and his eyes were blue as they always were. It was obvious that Ito had been fighting as he had a small cut on the side of his neck and was wearing the royal armor of the Earth Kingdom. It was dark green and the shoulder blades had several pure gold stripes; indicating that he was a colonel.
“So Ito, are you with the army of Ba Sing Se or still with the AoF?” asked Sokka, always interested in military talk.
“AoF all the way; the BSS army is only for protecting the city itself, which is hell of boring,” started Ito.
Suki and Katara just walked away from the two and their ‘military talk’ to see if they can find the other three. Every person in the room was either wearing armor to indicate that they were from the AoF or BSS army or they would wear dresses and robes that had at least a little bit of silver or gold to display how wealthy they were. Then, one of the three was found by Suki, as this smiling person was wearing a pink dress that glittered and was colored red around the neck area as well as the sleeves. Ty Lee turned to see the other two and hugged each other happily.
“Katara! Suki! How have you been?” asked Ty Lee, smiling like she always did, with her hair let out and cut so it only reached the bottom of her shoulder blades on the back.
“Great Ty Lee, I heard from our message shipper that you are very popular with your circus team,” replied Katara, happy to see over half of the GAang.
“Yeah, but because of that, my performances were known to be full of racism with people from the Earth Kingdom and Fire Nation attending,” said Ty Lee, putting her arms on her hips, slightly annoyed on that part. “So what about you two, did you manage to rebuild the South Pole?”
“Very well, in fact; we managed to get several people from the North Pole to sail across the entire world to live in the South Pole instead of the North,” replied Suki, holding onto her marriage necklace on her neck. “And some events to happen…”
Ty Lee knew that Suki and her old crush, Sokka, were married. She wasn’t jealous as she grew from her old teenaged crush as the years flown by to make herself a 20-year old woman.
“Oh, and if you looking for—“
“Hello Sugar Queen,” said a lady from behind.
“Nice to see you again!” said Katara and Suki at the same time, hugging their lost friend.
The lady Katara and Suki were hugging was the Blind Bandit, Toph Bei Fong. She was now 17 and had her lady voice as well as her lady body as she has grown now to be as tall as them. Her hips have grown out as well as her chest (A/N: Sorry, but I have to put in the details! Besides, that’s life, isn’t it?). She was no longer the short one of the group as she was just as tall as everyone else of the girls. She had the exact same dress as Suki, only more golden and the dragon design was instead a flying boar, in honor of her family’s symbol. She still had her hair wrapped in a bun and had her old cotton-balled bun to hold it, but it was twice as small surprisingly as it was when she was 12. She also had lipstick and eyeshade on to complete her formal look.
“Well…I heard what’s been happening with the South Pole; good stuff,” said Toph, a little bummed about something.
“What is it Toph?” asked Ty Lee from behind the duo.
“Oh nothing, just that it’s been five long years since we saw each other,” replied Toph, crossing her arms.
“So what have you been doing for the last 5 years? I heard that you, Aang, Ito, and Ty Lee here helped recapture Omashu,” asked Katara.
“Yep, and after that, nothing much…except rebuild……Noku’s old town,” said Toph, now looking sad. “I got to name it after his last name, Iwamatsu.”
“Iwamatsu; that was his last name?” asked Suki.
“Yeah, he told me before…well…you know.”
“Oh…well, at least it’s rebuilt! That’s another town for the Earth Kingdom,” said Ty Lee, trying to change the subject.
While Ty Lee, Suki, and Toph continued to chat about their life the past five years, Katara strolled off; eager to find the Avatar. He hasn’t seen him for five years and couldn’t imagine what Aang must look like now as he was supposed to be 17 now.
‘It shouldn’t be that hard Katara. Just look for a man with an arrow on his head,’ thought Katara to herself while continuing to look around.
So far, no luck at all; she thought Aang would be within’ a large crowd since he was the Avatar, but all the big crowds either had Hakoda in the middle or any other main general during the Invasion 5 years ago. She started to get a little impatient as she started to worry that he wasn’t coming. Katara was then shocked completely as a pair of hands grabbed her shoulders, spun her around, and she locked lips with the person that spun her. She relaxed and eased into the kiss and was happier then ever as the person who was kissing her was Aang.
“So I’m guessing you are Katara of the Southern Water Tribe because of how you didn’t slap me like other girls would,” joked a deep-voiced Aang.
Katara looked up to look at Aang in the eyes. She was no longer taller than him as now he was taller than her by a whole inch. The Avatar has obviously been training non-stop since he was muscular and fit like Ito and was now a mature man.
“Well, I think every girl shouldn’t slap the Avatar, even if he kisses them right in the lips,” said Katara, wrapping her arms around his neck. “And I see puberty hit you since it changed your voice.”
“Everyone has to deal with it, but now I’m back with you after 5 long and boring years.”
She smiled and then they kissed again. His arms were now on her hips as they pulled slowly from each other, foreheads still touching.
“I’ve missed you so much…” whispered Aang.
“You don’t know how much I missed you,” whispered back Katara.
“Hey guys…don’t make a scene here, even if you are the Avatar and his girlfriend,” said Ito from the side of the two.
The two lovers looked to their side to see everyone else of the GAang. Sokka slightly grossed out as he just saw his sister kissing the Avatar, but he was fine with them being together. Ty Lee was smiling more as she thought the two were very cute together.
“It’s also very weird how you two caught up so…fast and……and, uh…you know, romantically,” finished Ito. “Just don’t be in the center of attention please, just not yet.”
“It’s obvious that the two love each other,” said Toph, happier then when she left her home 5 years ago.
“Sorry about that, just that we missed each other…a lot,” said Aang, wrapping his arm around her back as she blushed at that.
Everyone is the room immediately stopped talking as a bell was ringing from where the throne was at. The mechanic from the Northern Air Temple was the Earth King’s new advisor and leader in technological advances. He stopped ringing it as several soldiers carried a figure inside a concealed tent of some kind and placed it in front of the throne. Then the figure inside rose and moved the sheets as it was the Earth King. He looked exactly the same way he was 5 years ago, except this time without Bosco as his poor pet died a few years before. Everyone bowed to the Earth King as he sat onto the throne.
“Tonight, we celebrate the 5th Anniversary of the fall of Fire Lord Ozai and his empire! Let us eat and enjoy ourselves as our dancers perform for us!” said the Earth King.
Everyone clapped for his short speech as 10 female dancers came from the sides and started to perform. Many whistles came from the AoF guards and soldiers (including Ito) as the performers were half-naked on the stage as they wore green chest wrappings and glittering-gold waist and leg wrappings. They also wore a cloth over their mouths to hide their identity from others so all was showing was their eyes, hair, stomach, and the bottom half of their legs. Ito continued to whistle as the girls of the GAang got slightly annoyed.
“Ito has definitely gotten older, hasn’t he?” asked Katara.
“Yep, but so have all of us. Come on, let’s find something to eat already!” said Sokka, looking at the dinner table with a giant hunk of turtle duck awaited him.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile…
“How come you don’t want to attend the party in Ba Sing Se?”
“I never was invited, and besides, I have much more important things to do than celebrate something I don’t even know much about.”
“It’s supposed to be the fall of the Fire Nation International Empire on this day or something like that.”
“Let the Avatar, his friends, and the rest of those unsuspecting generals celebrate their party; we have more important things to worry about.”
“But we still need to secure our prizes before we should commence our plan.”
“We can still succeed without our prizes. Remember, that they’ll only just confirm a better and sweeter victory.”
“Never underestimate the Avatar; he has killed the Fire Lord, who has been ruling over that empire that spread ruin and destruction, at the young age of 12. Now look at him, he’s 17 and has obviously been training on things he’s already mastered for the past five years.”
“I’m well aware of that, and I plan to continue our operation; even if those traitors manage to succeed their mission in disrupting our efforts to secure our prizes.”
“I only hope the element of surprise is on our side completely when the time comes.”
“Oh it will my brother…it will.”

The Outcast: Book4: Introduction-Pilot

Yes, Book 4 is arriving. Here's the introduction as many things have happened. You'll see what I mean...

I do NOT own "Avatar: The Last Airbender"...or do I?! Not.

Book4: Introduction/Pilot: The 5th Anniversary
Tomorrow was going to be the celebration of a pretty new holiday. It was the 5th anniversary of the fall of the Fire Nation Empire and the return of the lost territory to the Earth Kingdom and Water Tribes. Every nation was back to its own territory and land as the world again was at peace as it was before Sozin’s War; the 100-year war. Even some Fire Nation citizens celebrated this holiday as most were drafted by the military and forced to fight for the Fire Lord and his loyalists. This was also the happiest day to all the soldiers who fought for the AoF during the time as they fought in the final battle and watched the GAang raise the freedom flag over the ruined Fire Nation Palace. Almost every person in the Earth Kingdom and Water Tribes had the day off on this day as it was one of the few only holidays celebrated around the world…

After the Treaty of Freedom was signed by the top generals of the Fire Nation and the AoF, the world was now entirely focused on rebuilding all that was lost. Hakoda and his Water Tribe warriors returned to the South Pole to re-visit their families and even Master Pokku and some of his followers as they were still there trying to re-build the South Pole tribes. Katara, Sokka, and Suki went with Hakoda to help and for the 2 siblings to meet their Gran-Gran again. After 4 years, the South Pole was looking like a re-built North Pole Palace as it was almost an exact replica of it, only a little smaller due to it’s smaller population. While Katara, Sokka, and Suki were at the South Pole, they stayed and never met the others of the GAang until the 5th Anniversary…

With the South Pole being rebuilt at the time, the other 4 members of the GAang were traveling to random cities in the Earth Kingdom to help rebuild the cities under control of the Fire Nation. Even with the Treaty of Freedom signed and the news spread, the armies holding the cities stood their ground and had to be attacked by legions of soldiers from the AoF, which was now a global protecting army. Aang, Toph, Ito, and Ty Lee led the old Resistance of Omashu and part of the 3rd Division during the Invasion to re-capture Omashu, or at the time, New Ozai, and set a record for the quickest time to capture a city like it, without a comet powering them up. After the attack on Omashu, Aang went back to the Fire Nation along with Appa and Momo to help negotiate with matters in the corrupted country and then take the aging King Bumi back to the city. However, he wouldn’t meet the others until the 5th Anniversary in Ba Sing Se…

Toph had nothing much to do except to return to her home. After a little of a ‘shocking’ reunion with her family, she explained what really happened and then she no longer was on the missing posters. However, no one, not even Toph, knows what happened to Xin Fu and Master Yu. She spent living with her family for 2 years until she was 14. She then told them she was growing and left for the world again; this time, without worrying if she was going to be attacked or ambushed by Xin Fu and Master Yu. The young teenager traveled around and spent some time in every town along her trail and always helped with normal and small problems with a town thanks to her earthbending. Eventually, her long journey took her back to Noku’s old empty town that still wasn’t rebuilt at the time. After arriving at the place, she went back to where she came from and rounded up a building squad and rebuilt the dam and town after it had been deserted for 3 years. With the small town rebuilt, it was named Iwamatsu in honor of Noku and she continued her journey. After living in the town for the rest of the time, she eventually will get a message and invitation to the 5th Anniversary party in Ba Sing Se…

Ito fulfilled his military goal and dream by becoming a colonel in the AoF. He was recommended by practically every leader of the AoF to be promoted to general, but he always replied that he belonged on the battlefield and not inside a tent or Palace. His greatest achievements after the Invasion were the capture of Omashu, the raid on Nanjing (which at the time had a force that was still loyal to the dead Fire Lord Ozai), and his promotion to colonel. He even decided to buy an even longer sword that ended up 6 feet long instead of 3. It had the normal iron blade but the handle was extraordinary as it was pure crystal that glowed green. He had found the crystal in the Palace of Omashu and even checked and confirmed that it wasn’t rock candy (the hard way). After his raid on Nanjing with his father, they both got back to Ba Sing Se after giving the assignment to assist the Earth King back to his throne. But when they arrived, everything was peaceful as it was with no Fire Nation soldiers or even any Dai Li. The only one they found was Long Feng himself dead as he had multiple cuts across his chest and he was lying in the middle of the throne room. The murder of Long Feng wasn’t spread and no one knew about it except for the unknown murderer, the Earth King, and his protectors. After Long Feng’s burial, Ito Sr. and Ito Jr. headed back to their home to visit the mother and wife, Yin, after leaving for 4 years. Then, after their happy reunion and a few months, the men        received an invitation from the Earth King himself to the 5th Anniversary party in his Palace…

Ty Lee ended up changing the most. She no longer was wearing the half shirt that revealed her stomach and now was wearing a regular pink shirt along with new maroon and red battle pants while every one else of the GAang wore the same clothes only a bigger size. She still had her same hair ****but matured as she no longer was smiling every second. That is, until she re-joined her old circus team after the re-capture of Omashu. Her circus team suddenly became the most popular circus around as the news of Ty Lee was in it spread as the world knew the 8 that led the Invasion of the Fire Nation and how 7 of them returned alive. Soon they owned their own personal headquarters in Ba Sing Se and it was there where every animal and performer lived at. It was also where she received mail from villages and towns to perform there. The only bad thing is that because of her popularity in all the nations, the crowd was always mixed with the people and usually ended up in great big mob fights before and after the performance. Eventually, however, she received a letter from the Earth King to attend the 5th Anniversary party in his Palace along with everyone else of the GAang and the leaders of the AoF…

No one knows the current presence of Zuko and Iroh as they both weren’t in Ba Sing Se at the time the Earth King returned to Ba Sing Se. Some say Zuko rescued Iroh from the prison after getting his sense back and he and his uncle fled from existence. Others say Iroh escaped single-handedly and Zuko was sent to hunt him down and kill or capture him and never returned. However, the most recent reports state that the two were spotted in the new town of Iwamatsu for a little bit and then left the town like if they were partners again, but the information is inaccurate as the witness never found the scar on Zuko as he saw him from the right side of his face and that Iroh (if it was him) seemed to have a shorter beard then he had in Ba Sing Se…

Meanwhile, the old Fire Nation Princess, Azula, is currently locked up in the most protected fortress in all of the Earth Kingdom as it is the biggest AoF military base and it contained a prison, but she was the only prisoner there. Twice she almost escaped, once she did, but was re-captured by the AoF patrol squads. Even locked up, 29 people in total died from her as they tried to hand her daily food, but the 29 were found dead with burn marks on their heads as she sometimes was just so angry she fired blue fire from her mouth and at the people. She is now at the point where she finds life hopeless and is no longer killing the soldiers feeding her inside the most secured fortress in the Earth Kingdom…

And finally, before Aang received the letter from the Earth King, he was looking around the Fire Nation for the Guider of the Darkness as Avatar Roku said when the Guider dies, another is chosen and is the opposite of the previous one who died and must be a Firebender. But he had no luck as everyone seemed to be normal and natural and so he gave up his search for the 5-year-missing Guider of the Darkness…

But while everyone is receiving good news and are about to attend the biggest party of that day, two people were planning something to change the entire world. Their plot would make all the nations combine and work together, even if they hated each other for the last 100 years, to survive the worst series of events in the history of their world and life, along with some other worlds…

FINALE Book3: Chapter25: The Final Battle {2}

Again, NOTE: See Part 1. This is it, the last part and chapter of Book 3. Enjoy.

DoN'T own.

Everyone one in the GAang saw Azula finally defeated as she laid under the earth lifeless. They looked for the other Special Forces but they got their answer as they found all of the 13 SpecOps dead in front of Ozai. Only Keya was alive and was sitting in front of Ozai as his prisoner. She had half of her armor burnt and destroyed.
“I-I’m sorry Suki,” said Keya weakly while looking up to look at Suki.
“So you managed to fight off a bunch of worthless guards and my daughter. But your own guards were useless,” said Ozai, kneeling behind Keya. “Damn rebel!”
They saw the most awful site after he kneeled behind the Kyoshi Warrior. A big fire blast had flown right through her stomach and then she fell to the floor with a big hole in her gut.
“That….was a bad…” started Suki, shaking in anger and having a tear drop from her eye.
“…Mistake…” finished Sokka, also shaking.
“You should be proud that a young teenager died for her army,” said Ozai in an unforgettable dark voice. “I look forward to add your heads to my collection…”
“We didn’t come all this way to lose to the likes of you!” said Ito, wielding his sword tighter than ever before as his fists were looking red.
“But that’s what’s going to happen I’m afraid,” replied Ozai.
He moved his arms in a weird way as a thin wall of fire erupting in between each person from the GAang from each other as it moved around like a snake. They each found 50 more Firebenders in front of each one as the front of them fired at them. They continued to clash like spirits as Aang was the only one not facing soldiers; he was facing the Fire Lord.
“Time to end this!” yelled Ozai as he punched ferocious fire at the last Airbender.
Aang quickly made a boulder rise in front of him and it blocked the fire blast. The Fire Lord took another step and punch at him. He blocked the next blast with his own firebending and kicked fire at the Fire Lord. He looked as if he grabbed the blast and smashed it to smoke and smithereens.
‘Ok, firebending, not a good option’ thought Aang.
Ozai moved his arms around as he made some of fire coil. He slashed and swung it toward the Avatar and secretly made another fire coil onto his other arm. Aang airbended the coil away and saw the other coil coming right at him. He bended some earth from the floor and tried to block the blast. But the fire from the Fire Lord was too much and it went through the boulder and knocked Aang to the floor. He looked up and through the fire walls separating him from the others. He saw that Ito bended earth below him and he was fighting alongside Ty Lee against infinite soldiers while the others were being united by Toph who was digging underground the thick floor and making tunnels. Aang was now the only one cut off as the fire wall separating him from the others was the thickest and strongest. He looked back at the Fire Lord to see a ferocious fire ball coming right at him. He bended the fire away and to the metal wall as it exploded on impact. The blast was so big, that their was a hole made in the metal wall that revealed some of the AoF fighting the remainder soldiers on the inner-most metal wall. Aang was trying to think of something to use while he was jumping away from the Fire Lord’s fireballs with his airbending.
‘I need a clear shot to fire some lightning, but when?! He’s not pausing at any time and I have no one to distract him! Unless…’ thought Aang.
He tried to glance a quick second at the hole in the metal wall and got an idea. If the blast from the fire was as great as he thought, his plan might work. Fire Lord Ozai then kicked fire at the Avatar as Aang was stopping the blast. The fire ball just froze and was floating in mid-air. The Fire Lord, again, kicked more fire without thinking and it combined with the fireball floating. Aang saw the time and bended the 2 combined blasts up to the ceiling and it exploded like a hundred bombs. Metal was crashing down everywhere and Aang bended some more dust up to help hide himself and then disappeared from the Fire Lord’s sight. Aang was gliding up to the sky on his glider and was now over a hundred feet in the air. He stopped gliding up, put his glider wings back into his staff, and started to fall back down like if he was skydiving. He was making the lightning in the air and was going to fire it at the Fire Lord from the sky like a natural one. Wind was brushing up against him as he moved his fingers across as electricity sparked from his fingertips. He then pointed his one hand at the Fire Lord as he made even more lightning with his other 2 fingers. He pointed the other 2 fingers down as well as the force of a real lightning storm came pouring from his fingers. The sound of the thunder caused by the lightning was so much that for one second, it seemed both armies stopped fighting to look up into the sky and at the Avatar. The Fire Lord found the last Airbender firing lightning at him and quickly made a fire shield around him large enough to cover an entire squad. The lightning bolts collided with the shield and the explosion blew off the remaining of the metal wall off and to the grounds. Aang was still falling from the sky as he saw that his lightning bolts didn’t do the job.
‘If this doesn’t work, nothing will’ he thought.
He pointed his staff at the Fire Lord from the air while falling and spun in the air. He triggered on his Avatar State and his arrows and eyes glowed. He bended out water from his canteen that was tied onto his waist in front of him, bended the earth from his earth pouch, bended blue fire from his body and to the staff, and his basic element at the point of his needle. The 4 elements were mixed and it was clearly visible that Aang was the Avatar to all eyes looking at him. His body was no longer visible as the water, earth, fire, and air surrounded him and his staff to form a needle-like dive. The Fire Lord saw this and punched fire at Aang. Even the Fire Lord’s fire was too weak to penetrate the Avatar as it simply bounced off of him. He remade his thick shield right before the last Airbender collided with it. He was still spinning as it was fighting to penetrate the thick fire shield. Every one of the GAang and the few Firebenders left were watching now who would prevail victorious. Another explosion occurred as it was even bigger than the other one earlier and knocked everyone off their feet. Even some AoF soldiers that were about to enter the throne room and reinforce the GAang were flown back to the stairs they ran up.
“Why must there be so many explosions?!” asked Ito, as he stabbed his sword into the ground to help him back up.
No one answered as the Firebenders blasted fire at the GAang and they continued to defend for their lives. Aang was in the middle of the throne room where he first faced the Fire Lord on the ground with smoke coming from his ripped and cut clothes. His staff was nowhere to be found as he slowly got up. He was no longer in the Avatar state as it somehow turned off.
What happened was that Ozai blasted fire at Aang while he was trying to break through his shield and he got a direct hit. The fire blast mixing with the other calm 4 elements caused the explosion.
Aang was just on his knees as Ozai was where his throne used to be at (it had been eradicated by both explosions). Ozai had a whole bunch of fire surrounded his fists and he moved them around slowly. Now electricity was sparkling from his knuckles as he was about to fire lightning mixed with his deadly fire at the weak Avatar.
“Nice try, but I don’t believe that 12-year olds can defeat the Fire Lord Ozai!” yelled Ozai. “Time to end this for good, SAY GOODBYE!!”
He punched both arms at the Avatar as both lightning and fire came blasting at Aang.
“AANG!!!” yelled everyone of the GAang.
‘It’s hopeless’ thought Aang.
He closed his eyes in shame as both cold and warm-blooded fire came at him.

But when he opened them, everything seemed to be frozen as no one at all moved. Everything seemed to turn gray by the second.
“Am I dead?” asked Aang out loud, expecting no answer.
“No actually,” replied a figure behind him.
Aang turned around and found himself see-through blue. He must be in the spirit world as the figure was also blue.
“Come on Aang, did you really expect me to vanish that easily?” asked the figure, crossing his arms.
“Guess not, but what’s happening?”
“Can’t really explain, but I thought you would easily kick the Fire Lord’s ass. Anyway, I know how to help you and save you from this damn lord.”
“How?”
“Grab my hand I’ll do the rest. You’ll be able to control yourself still, don’t worry.”
The figure stuck his hand out to Aang like if he wanted to shake his hand. The Avatar grabbed his hand and a light started to glow from it.
“Oh, before we go back to the present, can you do me a favor…?” asked the figure.

The fire and lightning struck Aang and his body was no longer visible within’ the fire.
“AANG!!! NO!!!” yelled Katara, crying and was on her knees.
“It’s obvious that I’m destined to rule this world,” said Ozai, giving an evil laugh.
But Katara’s crying and Ozai’s laugh quickly halted as the lightning and fire started to spin like they were orbiting something. A body was now visible as the lighting was crawling over the skin and the fire on top of it. Aang opened his eyes to reveal them sparkling electricity and all of his arrow tattoos were also sparkling lightning. It was shown that he was in electric/fire armor. Some of the electricity from the arrows on his wrists sparked the cloth off his wrists.
“Now is the time for the part where I kick your ass,” said Aang in his Avatar State voice.
He erupted flames instantly from his hands pointed them back to make jet-like streams and flew at the Fire Lord at full speed. The blue, sharp flames were mixed with the lightning as he charged at full speed. His body rammed into the Fire Lord as he got electrocuted and burnt heavily in the chest. He was knocked down, but not out. He punched fire at this new foe, ignoring his wound. The fire just somehow trailed away and to the sky as Aang kneed Ozai right in the gut. The Avatar then punched at his stomach at full speed as every punch sent electricity through the Fire Lord’s body. It was also burning him like hell as the fists were also on fire. Ozai had no opening to move as this 12-year old boy was punching and fighting like an adult (thanks to his Avatar State) as he was also kicking him in the side of his legs. The Fire Lord was now weaker than he ever was as he was on one knee and trying to block the Avatar’s punches with his other hand, but even if he did, the electricity would get him to the core. Since Ozai was low enough on the ground, Aang then spun around and kicked him right in the face. The electricity and the fire went to his brain and he now fell to the floor. The Fire Lord looked up at the Avatar as he glared at the now weak Fire Lord with his electric eyes.
“See? Just like how I thought it would end,” said the Avatar State Aang.
Aang bended water from the pipes broken from the walls and the canteens from the fallen AoF SpecOps, earth from the ground, fire from his blood, air from his spirit, and the lightning from his brain. He also saw some kind of light and shadow on his arm as well as some kind of aurora glowing on it. All 8 of these elements were on his right arm and the ground started to shake from this combination.
“Do it!” yelled Ozai, knowing he was defeated.
Aang dared not to listen to Ozai and pointed his right fist at the hopeless leader of the Fire Nation that has been an enemy for more than a hundred years.
“Die…” said Aang quietly.
All 8 elements launched at full power at the Fire Lord. The image was too horrifying as hell itself was revealed in that one blast. The entire Palace was feeling like it was shaking when the blast collided with the Fire Lord’s head. The Avatar turned off his extreme Avatar state as the arrows and eyes’ electricity faded, as well as the light. He fell down backwards of exhaustion and had his eyes half-open.
“It’s over…it’s all over…” said Aang weakly to himself.
The seemingly infinite Firebenders were all either dead, wounded, or captured by the backup AoF soldiers.

The battle on the floor was won. The Firebenders and soldiers of the Fire Nation surrendered while others tried to flee from the capitol on foot. The entire GAang was given the privilege to raise the AoF flag on top of the ruined Fire Nation capitol, but no one answered as all were exhausted from the longest day of their lives. Katara helped the weak Aang up and was now healing the burn marks and cuts on him. Sokka was leaning on a piece of metal that fell from the ceiling with him holding his stomach, hungry. Suki was leaning right next to him but was using her fan to cool herself. Ty Lee actually didn’t seem tired as she was stretching in the middle of the room. Ito never felt more proud in his entire life, holding his 3-foot long sword with one hand and the other wiping off some sweat off his forehead. Toph was just acting like nothing happened as she was sitting on a stalagmite, raised from the ground, and had her eyes closed.
Katara was holding the back of Aang’s head and he was looking into her eyes.
“You did it, it’s all over,” she said.
“Yeah…you think we should do what they asked us to do?” asked Aang.
“If you want to, we have all the time in the world now.”
“I call the front!” yelled Ito suddenly.
The GAang climbed up all the metal debris and was on the tip of the Palace, leaving the headless body of the Fire Lord where it was. A colonel of the AoF handed the GAang the large flag that represented the entire Army of Freedom. The pole holding the flag was a little heavy and was halfway up, pointing diagonally.
“Ready guys?” asked Aang.
Everyone nodded while smiling at him and they all pushed up the pole.
The sight was magnificent. The background was red and orange as the flag was risen over the Palace and the entire army down below let out a roar that shook the entire world. After 100 years of war, it was all over and finished by a bunch of kids and teenagers. They all looked into the throne room where the fighting had taken place. All the dead bodies were still there…except one. Ito also seemed to vanish from the GAang’s sight as they looked around for the missing body. They got their answer as Azula below was charging up lightning and had the most awful grin on her face.
“You may have killed my father, but it doesn’t mean you get to live!!” yelled Azula.
She pointed her fingers at the Avatar and he took a stance. But no lightning came out and only tiny sparks.
“What’s going on?!” asked Azula to herself.
They all looked up as they noticed how dark it became. The solar eclipse had finally arrived AFTER the battle. Azula again tried to fire lightning at Aang, but now nothing came out of her fingers. She then heard a sword drawn behind her and turned around. Ito was pointing his 3-foot long at the Princess's face.
“You’re out of luck,” said Ito. “I suggest not moving.”
She slowly raised her arms in the air and surrendered to the Earthbender. The AoF squads arrived right on time, wrapped Azula hands together with thick earth cuffs, and took her away. They also started to pick up the bodies of the Firebenders and SpecOps. Suki looked at the 2 soldiers picking up the body of Keya. She had a tear running down her face as Sokka put his arm around her to try and cheer her up. They all then looked at the solar eclipse taking place in the middle of the sky.
“We were a little too early huh?” asked Katara.
“I guess, but we still won,” replied Sokka.
“Still a pain in the butt fighting harder than you plan too!” said Ito, climbing back up.
“We still won! Just drop it!”
The rest of the GAang were laughing at the argument between Ito and Sokka. Aang then remembered the favor that the figure asked and then looked at Toph.
“Uh…Toph?” said Aang.
“What is it Twinkle Toes?” asked Toph.
“Noku says 'hi'.”
She looked down and smiled. She had a tear dropping down as well.
“Can you tell him I said 'hi' back?”
“Will do.”
“Hey guys, who feels like throwing a party?” asked Ito suddenly, looking at everyone.

Thank you for reading the first 3 books of “The Outcast”.

FINALE Book3: Chapter25: The Finale Battle {1}

I doN'T own, chapter's frickin' long, enjoy.

NOTE: This is rated for Mature Audiences for graphic violence and mentions of blood and gore. You have been warned…

Everyone was giving it their all at the last defenders of the Fire Nation. Even the SpecOps of the AoF were fighting like spirits as they clashed with the others. Now time for a close-up…

Katara
She bended water everywhere to deflect incoming fire blasts, rock gloves, or darts. It seemed that both armies were fighting in here, though it was less than 50 people. 2 elite Firebenders now both faced the cornered Waterbender and kicked blue fire at her. Instead of blocking, she ducked under the blasts, grabbed onto one leg of both Firebenders with her water, and tripped them, causing them to fall face-first. They immediately rose back up and continued to punch fire at her. She continued to dive out of the way as she was secretly bending water out of the GAang’s canteens to give herself much more water. She now had enough to make her octopus as she did. She surrounded herself with all 8 arms as all of the elite Firebenders were now attacking her. She swiped at each of the 5 blasts separately and punched the benders with the water arms. She dropped the octopus form and now made 2 water coils on her arms. She faced the same 2 Firebenders as the other 3 went to fight the others. The 2 did a low kick at her as blue fire came at her like a floating disc. She jumped over it and swiped at them. They blocked it with their firebending and continued to attack her with either punches or kicks. She dropped her water coils and now made all the water into an ice block. She started to fire sharp ice discs at the 2 as fast as she can. They were blocking the first ones, but the blood spreading was a sign that the ice discs managed to hit their targets. She bended the water back and re-made her water coils and started to head back to the middle of this arena…

Sokka
He swung hard at the Dai Li that were close to him. He was mostly just trying to defend himself from the rock gloves being fired at him. It seemed that every rock being launched was heading for him only as he never had a chance to take a quick breather. Finally, Ito was back to back with the Water Tribe warrior with his 3-foot long sword. It was now twice as easy as Ito now was receiving half of his work. He finally threw his boomerang at a Dai Li agent, but he sidestepped it and continued to fire rock pellets rapidly at them. Ito started to move off and Sokka was now right where he started. His boomerang was returning and struck the Dai Li agent in the back of the head as he fell to the floor covered in red. Sokka dodged incoming pellets and grabbed his bloody boomerang and threw it at another Dai Li agent. This time, the agent wasn’t ready and he suffered for it as the last thing he saw was the bright metal inside his face. Again, Sokka ran and dodged to grab his boomerang and threw it again. He threw it too hard as when he missed the next agent; it hit the iron wall and just fell to the floor. He ran to it but the agent was in front of it. He was ready to fight with his sword as the agent fired both his whole rock gloves at the warrior. His sword hit both in one swing and he charged at the agent. The agent jumped into the air and bounced back down, causing a few stalagmites to rise. Sokka evaded them, but one skinned his left shoulder and it started to bleed a bit like a paper cut. He forgot the wound and actually threw his sword at the agent. The blade got him in the shoulder as he fell to the floor in pain. Sokka grabbed both his sword and boomerang near the Dai Li agent and joined the others…

Toph
The earth in this room was thicker than the other rooms they were in before. She was able to sense everything and everyone perfectly. She wanted to raise a dust cloud to ease the fight for her, but then the forces of good would also have a harder time seeing.
She rose tons of stalagmites from the ground as she was facing an elite Firebender. The Firebender seemed to know a lot about the Earthbender as he jumped a lot and landed with fire spreading. She vaporized the fire with some dirt she kicked from the ground and she stomped on the floor. The floor below the elite Firebender rose as he went soaring into the sky and hit the ceiling. He then came flying back down as useless as you can be; dead. She then sensed someone facing her and heard something flying. She raised a thin earth wall behind her as the pellets were stopped. She then sent the wall back to where the pellets came from. The person jumped over the wall and as soon as the person landed, Toph again sent the floor below the person up as the person went flying as well. But instead of colliding hard on the ceiling, the person used his/her feet to soften the collision and launched herself back down. A Dai Li agent then bended a platform below the person as he/she landed softly. Toph then sent a barrage of boulders at the person and the agent. The boulders were coming so fast that the Dai Li agent never knew what was coming and fell to the floor as one hit him right in the forehead. The other, however, was lucky as he/she had quick reflexes. More pellets then came out of the person and at Toph.
‘Forget this’ thought Toph.
She quickly surrounded herself in her rock armor, deflected the sharp pellets, and charged at the person. The person kept launching more of the sharp pellets at the Blind Bandit, but the rock armor was too thick. Toph punched the person right in the gut with her rock arm and quickly started to kick and punch, like an insane madman (or woman). Finally, Toph gave a final uppercut at the person right in the jaw as he/she fell to the floor dead. Toph then kneeled down and picked up one of the particles that were sent at her. She felt that it was a dagger and realized that she had just killed Mai and avenged Noku…

Ito
This was the most action Ito has ever had in his young 13-year life. He continued to swipe at fireballs blasting at him while trying to send rocks at the elite Firebenders. But these guys were good and kept on attacking; never giving Ito an edge or a break. He noticed that only 2 of the original 5 Firebenders were alive and that he was facing the last of them. He quickly dodged a blue fire blast and swung his sword right to left along the ground very fast, with only the tip of his long sword touching the ground as he swung. 5 stalagmites then appeared from the Firebenders’ right side and collided with them. They were knocked down, but not out. He charged at them and prepared to swing his sword at one of the down Firebenders. The Firebender blocked the sword with the heavy metal armor on his wrist and then grabbed the end of it with his other hand. He threw it out of Ito’s grip and it was now out of sight from the young Earthbender. He realized that he hasn’t earthbended without his sword since he started learning the basics. He thought he was doomed…
But then one of the Kyoshi Warriors that was fighting a Dai Li agent lost grip of her sword and it was flying at him in the air. He stomped on the ground, blasted himself off the ground, and flew at the katana sword. He grabbed in mid-air and landed hard as 5 boulders rose and lined up in front of him. The sword he was now holding may be less than 1/3 of his original sword’s size, but he swung as hard as he can at the boulders. They all went flying at the last 2 elite Firebenders at full speed. They all, however, got blasted before they reached their targets by blue flames. Ito now was just ticked off and kept punching the floor with one hand and swung the katana sword at every boulder or rock that came up. The elite Firebenders couldn’t take the barrage that quickly as they both started to get hit by them. They both fell to the floor dead after Ito finished them off with a kick on the ground to raise 2 large boulders and dropped them on the elite Firebenders. By coincidence, he found his original 3-foot long sword on the ground and picked it up. Now wielding his old sword again, he dropped the original katana sword and charged at the rest of the Dai Li agents as all the elite guard Firebenders lie dead on the floor…

Suki
She was actually the Kyoshi Warrior that Ito saw drop her katana sword. She lost her grip of it because the Dai Li agent she was fighting seemed to be an expert on hand-to-hand combat, especially with rock gloves to help block the sword striking him. She now had her steel fan and shield as she again charged at the Dai Li agent. She swung as fast as she can at him, but he still managed to block or dodge every swing she swiped with her steel fan. He eventually kicked at the ground to raise a stalagmite from her side to hit her in the left shoulder. She got knocked down, but thanks to her Kyoshi armor she managed not to get hurt that much from the dull and flat stalagmite. She quickly rose and then found herself on the defensive as the Dai Li agent was now either sending his rock gloves at her or just trying to punch her. She blocked the punched with her shield and cut the rock gloves down with her steel fan. She noticed how he rarely fired his rock gloves as he was punching 90% of the time. He obviously was a master at hand-to-hand combat, but he might have a HUGE weakness. She grabbed one of her few shuriken left from her utility belt and threw it right at the agent’s head. It nailed him in the eye as he fell to the floor, covered in blood. She looked around the hell-hole and found her original katana sword on the floor. She also found Mai’s body with her dagger machine strapped to her wrist. She un-strapped the machine and strapped it to her own wrist. She found a button on the back of the machine facing her. She tapped it in curiosity as 3 daggers then came flying from the machine on her wrist to where she had her wrist pointing at. They simply bounced off the walls but she found herself addicted to this new Fire Nation device. She pointed it at 4 Dai Li agents that were fighting Ty Lee and held onto the button. It was like a 100 darts were being shot a second as the 4 Dai Li agents had no chance at all against the darts. All fell down with at least 10 darts inside them and Ty Lee looking a bit freaked out. Suki just ignored the frightened fighter and looked for more Dai Li agents to shoot at…

Ty Lee
Shaking off her freak experience with Suki and her new-found device, she looked for more Dai Li agents to fight. Most were already taken by the rest of the GAang, but she found 2 that were facing her unopposed. They actually kicked out rock boots from their feet at her at full speed. Her advanced training at the Fire Academy was now coming back to her as she learned to imagine things twice as slow, which she did. She jumped at the right time and kicked off the rock boots flying and at the Dai Li agents. With 2 fingers pointing ahead of her from her right hand, she collided with one of them right in the chest. The agent went flying and paralyzed as the other one was now frightened of this fighter who just launched herself from a high-speed and small rock boot with her feet at the exact and correct time. Ty Lee quickly jumped back into the air and at the other agent. He fired his rock gloves at her, but she again seemed to act like they were nothing as she held onto one for a millisecond to help her flip in the air. She then landed on the Dai Li agent’s shoulders toes first as he completely was paralyzed after the hard encounter. Now she seemed to attract some attention as 2 more Dai Li agents appeared in the front and back of her. They both fired their rock gloves in pellets like firing darts at the ex-Fire Nation fighter. She simply ducked as the particles past her and collided with the other agent. Both were nailed hard, but continued to fire their rock pellets at her while re-positioning themselves to avoid the same mistake. She now looked as if she was dancing as the pellets just zoomed right past her face and body; missing her by only centimeters. She jumped after finding a hole and landed behind one of the agents. The other one fired his pellets at the agent on accident and killed him as the pellets hit his forehead. Ty Lee also looked as if she had teleported as the Dai Li agent then got hit in the back by her quick jabs and punches. She took a deep breather and then looked for another target…

Aang
It was time to end this. Aang and Azula were facing each other across the throne room with the others still fighting. They took stances like if they were about to have an honorable duel. Aang blasted a blue fire blast at the Fire Nation Princess. She ducked and countered with a low kick to send a blast back at him. He jumped up high thanks to his airbending and kicked fire from the air at Azula. She made a fire wall to block the blast as Aang kept kicking fire at her from the air. She didn’t bother to stay on the defensive as she shot a sharp blast from her fingertips. Aang evaded it from the air and landed hard to send a stalagmite at her. She dodged the rising stalagmite and blasted at it to get it out of her way. She combined her arms and pointed 4 of her fingers at the Avatar. She unleashed hell as it seemed a blue dragon was charging at him. He combined his own 2 arms and unleashed a blue inferno back at her. The 2 blue blasts collided and made an explosion that knocked everyone off their feet. Under the smoke for stealth, Aang took this chance to try a new move he wanted to use. After watching Katara make her water coils and Noku with his fire coils back in old Ba Sing Se, he punched the ground with both his arms and the arms became surrounded in earth. He bended more to continue the length of his earth coils. He now had 2 complete long earth coils as he swung them around the air to clear some of the smoke. He found Azula very close to him as she fired blue fire from her fingers at the Airbender. He blocked it with his earth coils and sent them flying at her. She remembered how the Waterbender attacked her like this and repeated the process. She kicked them out of the way and waited for a quick opening. But Aang was smart and never let her have an opportunity to strike. He also was secretly bended more earth up from his feet to slowly surround himself in an earth suit. The earth got up to his waist when Azula finally kicked more fire at him. He moved his earth coils out of the way and just kicked at the fire with his earth boots as the blue fire blast got re-directed to the wall. He couldn’t believe what he saw next. Azula was also secretly making blue fire coils around her arms as she was blocking his earlier attacks. They were now clashing blue fire coils with earth coils as none seemed to have an edge. Earth had the edge over fire, but this blue fire was stronger and matched the power of earth. Both coils started to get weaker as Aang attempted another trick he had. Using the earth boots he had on, he bended himself at Azula like he did when he was surrounded in crystal armor. He learned from his last mistake and was prepared to use it. She again dodged him charging at her as he turned without stopping.
‘Has the Avatar learned a thing yet?’ thought Azula, as she prepared to jump kick him in the head like last time.
As she jumped into the air, he suddenly slid low, avoiding her kick, and stuck out an arm and grabbed her foot. He was dragging her along the floor and threw her at the metal wall. He quickly then bended the earth on him and piled them on Azula. He bended more earth on top of her. Only her head, arms, and shoulders could be seen as she lay under the earth, defeated. The Fire Nation Princess had been defeated by the Avatar on her own homeland…

End of Part 1

Book3: Chapter24: The Day of Black Sun {2}

Final part and chapter before, what I think now, the best action-packed chapter in all of The Outcast. Enjoy!

I DON'T FRICKIN' OWN!! OMFG, someone throw me a bone before I destroy myself from losing control.

Part5
“Now we just need to...stop those trebuchets…from killing our men,” said Sokka, trying to regain his breath after their attack on the inner 3rd wall protecting the Palace.
“Actually Sokka, they are taken care of,” replied Aang, at the top of the hole and overlooking the Palace.
Aang helped the GAang up out of the hole to show them. They all saw (except Toph) that the trebuchets were exploding one by one. It was Hakoda’s warriors that revealed themselves that threw bombs at each trebuchet and sabotaging them.
“How did they get there?!” asked Katara.
“I don’t even know what’s going on!” said Toph, looking a bit annoyed.
“It’s Hakoda’s warriors; they managed to sneak behind enemy lines and are now sabotaging the trebuchets that were murdering us,” explained Ito. “And yes, that’s a good thing.”
“I know that part!”
They continued to watch the trebuchets explode 1 by 1 from Hakoda’s special agent warriors. Now over half of them were destroyed as they noticed they did nothing. Sokka snapped out of it and looked back. The AoF was moving MUCH easier now as trebuchets stopped firing as the men firing them were trying to fight the SpecOps. They were also copying what the GAang did to get over the walls (make a rising earth platform instead of earth ladders).
Now more than ¾ of the AoF was inside the 1st wall surrounding the Palace. The soldiers in the back were eager to fight in the battle that would mark the end of the 100-year war. Of course they would soon regret that when they found the countless bodies in between the 1st and 2nd walls. The GAang was still on top of the 3rd wall and were just staring at the Palace. They all knew the Fire Lord was inside, and waiting for them. He didn’t know, however, that the eclipse would happen sometime today.
Finally, the last of the seemingly endless trebuchets stopped firing as everyone guarding the large Palace was either on the steps leading to the entrance or inside it. The GAang now saw countless Earthbenders of Ba Sing Se and Omashu lined up along with them. At least 1,000 of them were bending ladders down the wall and to the Palace. The GAang now climbed down an earth ladder made in front of them. Toph could now sense and ‘see’ everything once again; stepping onto the earth ladder and she quickly climbed down along with the entire AoF following. The 7 of them were on the ruined floor that led to the Palace. Obviously the Fire Lord chose defensive measures over beauty as the gardens and sidewalks that were there was now dirt that the AoF was standing on. The entire army now rushed to the Palace at full speed; passing the GAang and were leading themselves for the 1st time. But the first 20 men regretted that as Firebenders stormed out of the Palace doors and unleashed hell on them. The 20 men of the AoF fell to the ground as the men behind them bended all the rocks at them. The GAang finally couldn’t take watching their men suffer as they followed the other 1,000 men climbing up the steps. They were now noticing everyone that they saw before. Haru, his dad, Jet, Bumi, Fong, Hakoda, they were actually not in the very back of the army and were actually toward the front; following the soldiers up the steps into the building that would unfold the final battle.

Part6
“We should sneak around the back!” yelled Sokka, stopping the rest of the GAang charging up the steps to the Fire Nation Palace.
“How would that help?!” asked Katara, trying to yell over the soldiers that were yelling in encouragement or pain.
“We’ll sneak behind them and take em’ by surprise! It’s called flanking!”
“I’m with Snoozles! We need to let this army handle the situation for once!” said Toph.
“I think I remember where a backdoor was at! Follow me!” yelled Ty Lee.
She led the GAang through the soldiers and they were now seeing some lighter fighting they never saw before. These were Kyoshi Warriors and Hakoda’s Warriors fighting some Firebenders defending the flank. They saw Firebender after Firebender fall down by a sword slashing through them or friendly fire hitting them. These warriors also looked like the other part of the Special Forces of the AoF by their unique and powerful fighting moves. Aang swung his staff at the Firebenders to unleash a powerful force of air at them. They all fell down and were finished by the warriors…violently.
“Why can’t I do some fighting?!” asked Ito, getting annoyed how others were getting most of the action.
“Start thinking faster in that head you have there!” replied Toph, pointing at his head without looking toward him.
The warriors took a quick breather as one of them walked to the GAang. It was Keya from back when they attempted a failed reconnaissance mission.
“Where have you been Suki? We’ve been trying to contact you about this mission we’re doing right now!” said Keya, looking annoyed as she put her hands on her own hips.
“Sorry, but speaking of which, why isn’t Jet here? We saw him charge along the other soldiers,” asked Suki.
“He denied the mission, same with Longshot and Smellerbee, but we got the other Water Tribe warriors to assist us. Man, they’re strong!”
“Hey, sorry to be interrupting here, but shouldn’t we be going?!” said Aang.
“Oh, right!”
They met the other warrior SpecOps and started to climb up the back of the Palace. It was difficult since they didn’t have ropes to hang on to because they didn’t dare to alarm the Fire Nation of their presence.
“I still don’t get why we couldn’t take the backdoor I knew,” whispered Ty Lee, climbing up with ease.
“It might be guarded, we don’t need more fighting than we need to,” replied Sokka.
“Ok!” she replied, smiling.
Ty Lee and Aang were the first to climb to where the Special Forces were headed to. They helped the others climb up as they all sidled along the wall. Sokka grabbed his boomerang and whacked the window with it and they all charged into the Palace’s 5th floor.
The hallway was humongous; torches in between every set of doors, Fire Nation flags hanging down from the ceiling, and lastly, Firebenders waiting for them. They punched and combined their fire at the SpecOps. Toph and Ito raised the earth from the floor to block the hellish blast of fire. Now an earth wall and a gap in the floor separated the GAang/Special Forces and the Firebenders. They looked down in the hole (except Toph) to see intense fighting between the AoF and the Fire Nation take place. The Earthbenders using the earth from their pouches and the Firebenders from their fists, it was showing what was going on for the last 100 years practically. Now the earth wall got blasted by more fire and more blasts came their way. The warriors slashed each fireball that came to them and threw boomerangs, fans, or shuriken at the Firebenders. Some were taken down, but most were still standing. Aang jumped over the hole easily and landed hard with fire spreading from his feet. Now the Firebenders were starting to get pushed back as the Special Forces and the rest of the GAang started to jump over the hole one by one. But the Firebenders were so far back now that some soldiers of the AoF started attacking them from the stairs that led to the floor. The Firebenders were facing about 50 men from both sides as they were cornered. They threw their arms in the air and surrendered. Immediately, the AoF soldiers walked to them and handcuffed them with some strong earth.
“You Special Force fellows should keep going; the Fire Lord is about 1 floor above you now,” said the Sergeant of the AoF squad in front of them.

Part7
The Special Forces and the GAang cautiously walked up the stairs and to the final floor of the Fire Nation Palace. Very surprisingly, no one was on the floor. They even looked at Toph for confirmation and she whispered:
“No one is here except for one person sitting in the large room ahead.”
They looked forward as the only door of the entire floor was seen. It was bigger than the one in Ba Sing Se and was made of steel instead of simple earth. It also had flame and dragon designs all over it. Even a 2 year-old could tell that this was where the Fire Lord was waiting. The warriors started planting some sort of bombs on the door and ran to cover after igniting them. Everyone ducked as the fire on the string attached to the bombs were about to ignite. The explosion was enormous, but the doors remained sealed.
“Let me handle this,” said Toph, cracking her own knuckles as she walked to the door.
She grabbed the handle of it and ripped it off. She started throwing pieces of steel off the door. She finally started to make a hole and everyone started to get ready to enter. But as she ripped another piece of steel off, she sensed the figure moving like he was about to fire something.
“GET DOWN!!” yelled Toph.
Everyone just tried to dive somewhere as the entire door exploded and fire came pouring out of it. Over half of the SpecOps were caught in the blast and were vaporized. The ones who survived, including Keya, were badly burnt. They were screaming in pain as Katara rushed to each one, healing each of their burns. The GAang and the lower half of the SpecOps saw the Fire Lord standing ready to fight in his chamber. His face was shadowed by the fire behind him and he was stripped waist up. All he had on was some fighting pants and the crown on his head, indicating that he was indeed the Fire Lord.
“What took you so long Avatar?” asked the Fire Lord. “If you know better, you would know not to keep me, Fire Lord Ozai, from waiting.”
He raised his face up and revealed himself; he looked like an older Zuko without the scar and much more muscular. He also had long hair as it was pure black like his heart.
“Your reign ends here!” yelled Aang, getting up and ready to finish the war with his staff in his hand.
“Time to end this!” yelled Sokka, boomerang ready in his hand.
“Yes, it is time to end this,” said Ozai. “But this is a little unfair isn’t it? Let’s even it up!”
Many figures dropped from the ceiling and surrounded the Special Forces. They were some of the elite Firebenders from the Battle of the Bulge, some were the Dai Li, and of course, Azula and Mai. By coincidence, it now matched 20 Special Agents of the AoF against 20 Fire Nation fighters (excluding Ozai); 7 people of the GAang, 5 original Kyoshi Warriors, and 8 of Hakoda’s Warriors (used to be 30 in total) facing 5 elite Firebenders, 13 Dai Li agents, Azula, and Mai. The forces of good looked at each other as they were backed against each other.
“We can take them, just like all the other times,” said Ito, long sword in both hands and ready to fight.
“It’s actually even in numbers, we can for sure,” said Toph, in her praying-mantis form.
“This is it…the final battle,” said Suki, holding a Katana sword and a shield.
“The end of the Fire Nation’s rule,” said Sokka, holding both his new sword and boomerang.
“The end of the ways of Imperialism,” said Katara, water floating in front of her.
“And the mean ways,” said Ty Lee, giving and angry look with her eyes but a smile at the same time.
“It’ll all end today,” said Aang.
They looked back at each other one final time, remembered the faces, and then they charged at the last defenders of the Fire Nation in the final battle that would decide the fate of the entire world and its future….

HOW LONG WAS THAT?! The next chapter will be the final one of Book 3 and it reveal the conclusion of the war if the GAang wins, or if the Fire Lord can pull one from his sleeve and defeat the AoF and the last hope for the world…

Book3: Chapter24: The Day of Black Sun {1}

100th blog post! And this chapter, and the next one, is frickin' long (longest ones I have so far).

doN'T own...

“Aang, wake up,” said Katara.
Aang slowly got up. It was really dark inside the bunker of the East side.
“What time is it?” asked Aang, as he was rubbing his eyes.
“It’s still a few hours until sunrise,” replied Suki.
Aang opened his eyes more to see everyone in the bunker getting their weapons and armor together. He also saw Suki getting her Kyoshi makeup on.
“Ugh, why so early though?” asked Ty Lee, who also just got up.
“We’re going to try and get a head start on the Fire Nation,” replied Katara, grabbing her water pouch.
“And the other half of the AoF?”
“They are also joining us. We’ll meet at the Southern tip then advance north until we get to the Fire Nation Palace.”
“And the Fire Lord…”
“You’re going to free the world Aang. He’ll have almost no power when the eclipse is here. I believe in you.”
“Thanks Katara.”

Meanwhile, at the other side, in the Western side of the long bunker surrounding the capitol:
“Why does it have to so early?” asked Sokka, who refused to get out of his sleeping bag.
“We already told you, now get up Snoozles!!” yelled Toph.
“NO!!”
“YES!!”
“Ugh, just get your butt off the ground before we leave you here!” yelled Ito.
“Fine...GOSH!” said Sokka, who was now sitting on his sleeping bag instead of lying in it.
Everyone in the bunker was ready to go. They were no waiting for the generals of the bunker to give the signal to move.
“We might as well sleep since we’re waiting…” said Sokka, yawning.
“Just stay awake and wait!” said Ito.
“That’s what I’m doing!”

“I bet the other 3 are getting along fine,” said Suki.
“Doubt it, they’re probably trying to get Sokka up,” replied Katara, waiting for their own general to give the signal.
“Good luck to them with that,” said Aang.
Then, a horn blew and the soldiers got into their squads, companies, platoons, whatever! Then another horn blew as they marched to the rendezvous point along with the other half from the West side.

“ALRIGHT, LET’S GO!!” yelled a general.
“Come one lazy-butt, time to get up and marching!” said Toph to Sokka.
“I’m already awake and standing!” he replied.
They split to their divisions and led them to the rendezvous point.

The march was very simple; marching outside and along the wall that surrounded the capitol. Only few divisions were left in the trenches along the wall to blockade it from reinforcements or fresh supplies. After a whole hour of marching, the two split armies met again and then faced to where they will be battling. They all realized that this WILL have to be the final battle or else…

Part2
“FORWARD MARCH!!!” yelled General Fong.
The army roared and marched forward and onto the capitol. The GAang was lined up right next to each other.
“So when’s the eclipse going to happen?” asked Ito.
“Sometime today; probably around late noon,” replied Sokka. “And when the eclipse happens, that’ll give Aang a chance to do a quick blow to the Fire Lord.”
Aang suddenly felt nervous and had butterflies flying like crazy in his stomach.
“Something wrong Aang?” asked Katara, putting a hand on his shoulder.
“Didn’t realize that this was coming sooner than I expected. I feel ready and nervous to the gut,” replied Aang.
“I feel confident, and so should all of us. Noku will be avenged today!” said Ito, pointing his long sword up in the sky.
Some of the soldiers behind them looked weirdly at the sword. Ito then realized it and put his sword back on its case on his back.
“Sorry! No orders!” said Ito, slightly embarrassed.
“Wonder if we’ll see Azula and Mai again,” said Ty Lee, with a smile on her face and looking like nothing bad was going to happen.
“I’ll be rather happy to see one of them,” said Toph.
“Why’s that?”
“Something I call vengeance…”
“Oh…right”
The entire army of about 250,000 stopped marching and overlooked the steel walls that protected the palace. It looked like even more iron walls were behind it. But this wall wasn’t like the small one surrounding the outskirts of the capitol city, this wall was at least 20 feet high. The Fire Nation was obviously ready for them as Firebenders lined up the top of the wall and overlooked the AoF. The Council of the AoF now marched in the front if everyone (including the GAang). They marched along the front line to make sure everyone was lined up straight. Hakoda drew out a sword and so did all the rest of the Council. And then the entire army drew their swords, pikes ready, and earth pouches open (if you exclude Katara’s water pouch). Hakoda then started to speak.
“Today, we fight our final battle!! Let us remember who have died in this war and avenge them!! For the Guider of the Light and the freedom of the world, LET US FIGHT TODAY!!”
The entire army roared with courage and determination to end the war. The GAang walked first to the wall, then the Council of the AoF, and then the whole army. Then, slowly, they picked up speed and then were charging full speed at the Fire Nation Palace. Firebenders started blasting fire at the forces coming to the 20-foot wall. Earthbenders all made a giant earth wall over the first line of men to protect them. So far, by a miracle, no one has died as the GAang reached the wall.
“Toph? If you may,” said Ito, drawing his sword.
“With pleasure,” she replied.
She put both her hands on the metal. She looked like she was using all her strength and then the metal started to crack. She threw back pieces of metal back like if she was digging through it. Then, she threw back the last piece as there was now a little hole just for them to go through. But before they could enter, fire started blasting out of the hole and at the GAang looking into the hole. Ito made an earth wall and put it in front to block the fire. Before they followed Ito into the wall, they looked back as the AoF was trying to climb up the wall with some man-made earth ladders from the ground. Ito then advanced into the hole as fire was continuing to blast the earth wall made by him. By the time he got to the other side, they immediately were surrounded by Firebenders wearing the armor only the royal guardians wore (being all red and intimidating helmets).
“This is where the fun begins...isn’t it?” asked Ito, pointing his long sword at a Firebender.
“Yep, and it’s where the war ends,” replied Toph.
Everyone just did their best move at the same time at a different soldier. Aang just swiped his strongest blow of air, Katara with her hard water whip, Sokka throwing his boomerang, Toph punching a boulder, Ito stabbing the ground to cause rocks to fly up, Suki throwing a shuriken (yes, a shuriken), and Ty Lee just jumping behind someone and jabbing them directly in the back.

Part3
The platoon of strong Firebenders that surrounded the GAang fell to the ground in record time. More and more started to approach the GAang and then tanks started to show up.
“I can fight like this forever!” yelled Aang, punching fire at the cockpit of a tank, causing it to explode.
“The plan is working! They think the eclipse is a hoax and are defending with Firebenders!” said Sokka, slashing away some fire being blasted at him.
“Not so loud or they’ll find out!” said Ito, knocking a soldier out by hitting him in the head with the back of his sword.
“They won’t have the time to tell!” said Toph, just moving her feet a little bit to cause hundreds of stalagmites appear and destroy at least 5 tanks from below.
Finally, the AoF managed to secure the first wall as they climbed over it and headed for the 2nd wall surrounding the capitol. Only about 100 Earthbenders of the AoF were advancing right now along with the GAang at the next wall as it was the same height. Earthbenders started to make more earth ladders when trebuchets started firing at them. Getting a direct hit, it killed about 10 men in one spot. They doubled their pace and work as they finished the next ladders and started climbing. The GAang how suicide this was as Firebenders just fired down the ladders to hit them. It also explained how few managed to climb over the 1st wall. Aang, Toph, and Ito then bended a platform this time under the GAang to raise them to the top. None of the Firebenders noticed this as they were focusing on the brave but foolish Earthbenders of the AoF. They flanked the Firebenders easily as Aang, Katara, and Sokka went along the left side of the wall and Ito, Ty Lee, and Suki to the right. Toph lowered the platform and was telling nearby soldiers to get on the wall her way to avoid more suicide attempts.

Aang and Katara kept bending the water from Katara’s pouch to double the pain of the water whip they kept using on the Firebenders. Sokka was mostly just following, but he was also studying where the trebuchets were at and where they aimed at (which was obvious since the AoF in between the 1st and 2nd wall were getting hit). On the other side, Ito was bending the earth from his pouch to make a shield and held his sword in the other, making him look like a knight. Suki kept throwing her new shuriken at Firebenders in front while Ty Lee was mostly distracting them.
“Never knew you had shuriken! Comes in handy!” said Ito.
“Thanks! Borrowed these from a special agent!” replied Suki, throwing more at Firebenders in front of them.
Ty Lee was now far ahead of the other 2. She just kept jumping over the soldiers that tried to blast her. She was now surrounded by so much men, not even an Airbender would be able to jump over them. She just charged back to where she ran from and jabbed and kicked away at the Firebenders. The Firebenders now didn’t know who to attack, the 2 that were coming from behind with shuriken and a shield, or a bright looking girl that’s paralyzing everyone she touches. They just fired in both directions confused, but that’s all they could do as they all, 1 by 1, were cut down.

Part4
The whole 2nd wall was now clear of the Fire Nation as they overlooked the final steel wall surrounding the Palace. It was the shortest but the tallest. Rising 30 feet instead of 20 and having some doors in it at random spots in the wall. The GAang met and then jumped down. Toph caught up with them as now more than a quarter of the army was past the 1st wall.
“What now?!” asked Ito.
“Their trebuchets are giving us a hard time. Let’s take those out after we climb this last wall!” replied Sokka.
“Wonder what those hatches are doing in the wall?!” wondered Suki out loud.
“I remember being taught about this kind of thing back when I was at the Fire Academy! They are hatches that open and Firebenders shoot out of them when someone approaches!” answered Ty Lee.
“Let’s get our walls up and then move in!” yelled Ito, already bending more earth from the ground to reinforce his worn out earth shield.
Toph also made a shield but for the GAang. It was wide so other soldiers may duck behind it when they finally climb over the 2nd wall, which only few did by now. Katara noticed something a little odd about their soldiers.
“Where are Dad’s warriors?!” asked Katara.
“I’m not sure! I didn’t see them when we were marching here, except Hakoda!” replied Aang, helping Toph make the earth wall.
They started to move forward with their shields in front (Sokka, Suki, and Ty Lee ducked behind the earth wall and shield). Aang and Toph moved their wide earth wall, Ito moving behind it but with his own personal earth shield in his left hand, and Katara, who froze her water to make another personal shield. Then, suddenly, the hatches opened and fire started to fire from them. They aimed at the earth wall that was getting much closer to the wall. As they were right next to the wall, Ito handed Sokka his earth shield and then he and Aang bended a platform to rise below them while Toph held the earth wall up. Even the Firebenders from above couldn’t hit the GAang behind the earth wall rising. Right when they leveled with the top of the wall, Aang blasted all the fire at the Firebenders and knocked them over. Now the GAang secured some space on the wall.
“We need to take the Firebenders inside the wall out if our army is going to have a chance” said Sokka.
“Already on it!” said Toph.
Toph was digging a hole into the wall thanks to her metalbending. It was actually thin as she ripped the metal and the entire GAang jumped into the hole in the wall. They landed hard as they were met with fire. Aang made an air bubble around them to deflect the fire and then swiped at them with airbending. Ito bended some of the leftover earth from his pouch and bended it on his sword. He was now wielding some earth-looking sword as he, Sokka, Suki, and Ty Lee charged at the Firebenders. Toph couldn’t do much as her senses were very weak in a metal wall; so she just tried to stay out of her allies’ way. Katara used her old water whip to clear the Firebenders inside the wall. They all (except Toph) saw some Firebenders still firing out of the wall and at the advancing men of the AoF, who were still getting beat bad from the trebuchets. Aang now saw the opportunity to use his new ability that Noku taught him before he perished in the Battle of the Bulge. He cleared his mind and moved his hands and arms around as electricity started to spark from his fingers.
“EVERYONE GET DOWN!!” yelled Aang, about to fire the lightning.
Everyone just stopped attacking and ducked as Aang fired his lightning at one side of the inner wall. Everyone that was loyal to the Fire Lord got hit by the Avatar’s lightning blast. That wasn’t all, however, as Aang made more lightning and then launched it at the other side of the wall as the same thing happened. Now the entire South sides of the 3 walls protecting the Palace were now in possession of the AoF.

Part 2 will be coming tomorrow; this chapter isn't over yet!

Book3: Chapter23: Attack on the Capitol

Time for some kick @$$ action after a few calm and boring chapters that led to this. But how will it be written without the Outcast? Whatever, hope you enjoy!

Whoever sued someone just because he said he didn't own this, I hope he burns in Hell, because it's frickin' annoying saying this! I doN'T own A:tLA.

“ALRIGHT YOU LOT, WAKE UP AND GET INTO YOUR LINES, WE FIGHT TODAY!!” yelled a general.
“Waken’ up by a general with a weird accent, greeeaaat,” said Sokka, rubbing his eyes while getting his boomerang.
“Today…is the day that we attack the capitol. We all thought it wouldn’t be until another 2 days,” said Aang, also sleepy. “And with another person helping us…”
“I’m fine…I guess,” said Toph, looking down.
“Noku’s death will be for nothing if we don’t attack. I say we strike now with the army and end this!” said Ito.
“We’re already going to attack the capitol today…” said Katara, pointing at the army organizing.
“Oh yeah…”
“Time to get into our divisions,” said Ty Lee, looking happy.
They split up into the divisions, again, and their men were pumped and ready to attack the heart of the Fire Nation. They waited for the horn to blow. Aang looked to his left to see the replacement for Noku. It was King Bumi.
“Hey Bumi!” said Aang, waving to him.
“Now, now Aang don’t get all nice now since I’m here. Just lead your troops like you always do,” said Bumi, giving him his weird look with his crazy eye open the most.
Aang nodded and looked forward. The horn finally blew as the army roared with determination; determination to end and win the war.
“LET’S ROLL!!” yelled Ito from his division.
The 250,000 men of the AoF marched north to the Fire Nation capitol. The sun was right above the army to indicate that it was noon.
‘This isn’t a good time to attack. Don’t Firebenders get the most power at noon?’ thought Aang. ‘Then again we shouldn’t face any Firebenders. And my own firebending will be more powerful.’
“Aren’t we supposed to be within’ sight range of the capitol by now?” asked a young Captain from behind.
Aang tried to look ahead, but the volcanoes nearby were smoking and covering the future battlefield with the smoke. It was thicker than when they were about to land on the beaches.
“We’re almost there!” yelled Toph.
“How close are we?!” asked Suki from Katara’s Division.
“STOP!!” ordered Toph.
The entire stopped marching. Many were questioning each other and were getting nervous. Toph stomped on the ground twice and punched the air, hard, 4 times. Earth dust rose to mix with the smoke from the volcanoes. She then looked like if she was bending water as she smoothly moved from left to right. The smoke and dust cleared to reveal the entire city. It also revealed infinite archers and catapults lined up behind a 2-foot tall steel wall.
“FORM WALLS!!!” yelled every general in the AoF.
The soldiers tried to bend their earth walls from their pouches. The archers unleashed all the arrows they had at the AoF. Almost every soldier in the front line was hit by an arrow and fell to the floor as blood quickly covered the ground. The first row of archers behind this wall ducked to reveal another row of archers as they unleashed their own arrows. Most of the AoF’s soldiers had their walls formed this time and most blocked the arrows. The Fire Nation catapults fired and launched the fireballs at the AoF soldiers.
“AAATTTTTTAAACCCKKK!!!” yelled Aang.
The Fireballs from the catapults were landing right on the troops as they couldn’t do anything to stop flying fireballs. They were used to the GAang stopping most of the fireballs, but they were too busy with the archers behind the steel wall.
“WE’LL HANDLE THE ARCHERS, THE REST OF THE ARMY TAKES OUT THE CATAPULTS!!!” ordered Aang.
The army charged at the wall and archers head on; same with the GAang. Some archers were already trying to retreat after seeing Aang and his allies charging at them. Aang punched out a humongous blast of fire at the steel wall and damaged it. Toph and Ito then were covering their flanks with the earth below to give them time to attack the archers. Arrows started to concentrate only on the earth walls protecting the GAang. The rest of the AoF had a much easier time as they advanced at the catapults behind the steel wall. Katara kept hitting any soldiers with her water that were closing in on them. It was rather funny as she didn’t say ‘sorry’ to each of them this time.
Then, more archers revealed themselves in front of the GAang. They were behind or on the side of the heavily armored transports from the Battle of the Bulge and were coming in to reinforce their first line of defense.
“Can’t this ever be easy?!” asked Sokka, throwing his boomerang at an archer.
It was Toph’s turn to reveal that she was the greatest Earthbender in the world. She ran ahead of them and just ran straight to the armored transports. Cockpits started to reveal themselves from the transports on top and arrows were shooting at her from them. Aang and Ito tried to keep up and help block the arrows with some good earthbending. But Toph would just break the walls they made and continued to run at them. She then surrounded herself in a whole earth armor suit and slid (by earthbending) at them. The arrows were now being deflected and blocked by her armor. She finally reached the first transport and jumped to the top of the cockpit. She used all her strength to rip the steel off and she jumped inside. The GAang just watched from the outside as they heard lots of bangs against the inner walls of the transport and dents were being made. Finally they saw Toph jump out of it again looking victorious.
“One down!” she yelled.
“And a hundred to go!!” yelled Suki, pointing forward.
Tons of transports were now visible to the AoF and the GAang.
“You have got to be kidding me!” said Aang, looking pooped.
“I’ll handle this!” said Ito.
He ran back to where the AoF were still fighting. He managed to find an entire division barely fighting as they were trying to turn around some captured catapults from the steel wall.
“HEY, OVER HERE!!” yelled Ito.
They all looked at him and were at attention. He picked up an abandoned Fire Nation helmet, stabbed it so hard a hole was formed at the top, stuck it to the top of his long sword, and pointed it at the advancing transports.
“COME ON GUYS!! GIVE THEM HARD ROCK!! WHO’LL FOLLOW ME?!!!” yelled Ito.
The entire division roared with bravery and courage as they stopped with their catapult work, bended some earth with them, and charged at the transports. The GAang also were encouraged and were right behind Ito and his leading sword. The transports and troops of the Fire Nation were intimidated so much, over half of them turned around back to the capitol.
“FALL BACK!!” ordered a Fire Nation soldier in front of them.
The entire AoF was charging now and beating the Fire Nation hard. Most of the transports immediately surrendered when they got surrounded by AoF troops. Some tried to fight, but were silenced by this army. Now the Fire Nation army was in full retreat to the inner capitol with their tails in between their legs.
“WE HAVE THEM ON THE RUN!! DON’T STOP!!!” yelled Aang.
The AoF kept charging at the Fire Nation capitol. Most Fire Nation soldiers now stopped and stood their ground to face the AoF.
“I’ll handle these guys!!” yelled Ty Lee.
She started to sprint at the pike men. They tried to stab her with the pikes, but she was way too quick for them. One person almost got her, but she jumped onto the thin pike, did a cartwheel on it, and jabbed the pike man right in the shoulder. The rest kept trying to get her, but were stopped as the AoF caught up and fought with them.
This battling would continue on for the rest of the day and the following day…

Tomorrow was the Day of Black Sun now. The shining sun that represented the Fire Nation was about to set. The AoF has advanced so much the past day and were almost within’ sight range of the palace capitol itself. They were trying to surround it to hopefully get a surrender before wasting another day of fighting. But the Fire Nation was showing no signs of surrender. They were now bringing out the waiting Firebenders and were slowing the advance down greatly.
Aang was, again, dealing with the war balloons that were bombing the AoF. He had to turn on and off his Avatar State to deal with the soldiers in the balloon. But the good thing was he learned how Sokka, Suki, and the Freedom Fighters did it and now managed to escape to the next balloon without being thrown off course and into the hard ground.
One by one, the balloons fell to the ground before reaching the heart of the AoF. The ones on the front lines, however, were getting bombed badly and had to build underground tunnels around the entire capitol city to duck and cover.
Katara, Ty Lee, and Suki were in charge of defending the most eastern tip of the circle of tunnels, trenches, and soldiers; the point closest to the ocean. Sokka, Ito, and Toph defended the most inland part; the western. Every hour or so, they had to fight off small resistance groups that were cut off from their platoon or battalion that were never over 500 men. The hardest were the ones that actually had a lightly armored transport (which attacked the western point, and then was ripped like paper from Toph).
Aang returned to the eastern point with the 3 girls and a quarter of the AoF. Katara gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek when he arrived.
“Any injuries?” asked Katara.
“I’m fine, though the fighting kind of got be covered in dirt,” replied Aang, showing his smoke-covered arms to her.
“You have time to clean up, the Fire Nation is too disorganized to launch any strong attacks,” said Katara, giving him her pouch of water. “You can start by cleaning your face. It’s also covered in some dirt.”
“Thanks Katara.”
They shared a short kiss and Aang started to bend the water on his face.
“Aren’t they so cute together?” asked Ty Lee.
“Yeah, I never knew they would be together though,” replied Suki.
They both weren’t that far from them. The only thing separating the 2 from the other 2 were some earthbenders from Omashu and the lack of brightness in the bunkers with small windows to look out of.
“By the way, congrats on being a girlfriend,” said Ty Lee.
“Huh?”
“I see you’re with Sokka, that Water Tribe warrior. Congratulations!”
“Oh, well, thanks,” replied Suki, a little embarrassed.
“I’ll be right back.”
Ty Lee walked away from her. Then she stopped smiling and then gave a mean look to the top of the bunker/long tunnel.
“Floozy,” she said quietly.

A/N: 1 of the lines Ito said was a real line used by a general during the Battle of Gettysburg (sp?) in the Civil War, I just translated it a bit to match it more into the Avatar world.

Book3: Chapter22: A Plan from the Plan-Guy

My last short chapter; every chapter from now on will be much longer. Also my last filler until the 3 Chapter of Action, WOOT!! Anyway, here it is (if anything in this chapter confuses you, like the plan, let me know in the comments and I'll try to explain it more there).

OMFG, I doN'T own, HOW MUCH MORE OF THESE WILL YOU NEED?!?!?!

“Are we set?” asked the Earth King.
“Yes, your majesty. Where were you when were fighting in that battle?” asked Aang.
“In the back, as usual. You know I can’t fight, even with Bosco.”
“True.”
“Let’s hurry before they find out about our counter-counterattack,” said Sokka.
“Just call it an attack,” said Suki.

The Army of Freedom marched north. They advanced as fast as the Fire Nation did in their sneak counterattack. They met almost no resistance in taking back the lost bases and outposts. But like Fort Invincible, the remnant forces took a last stand in a tiny outpost. The AoF easily crushed them, only taking less than 5 casualties with the enemy over 50.
“We’re fighting like spirits here! We’ll easily invade the capitol when the solar eclipse arrives!” said Katara, encouraged.
“Oh, about that…” started Ty Lee.
The GAang looked at her, questionably.
“What? You disagree?” asked Suki.
“Well, the Earth King told me, Azula, and Mai about the eclipse back in Ba Sing Se when we were still in our Kyoshi disguises. I’m sure Azula told her dad about it,” said Ty Lee.
They all looked bummed and discouraged as they heard this.
“Great, now the Fire Nation will be ready for us with the war balloons, archers, and catapults on that day, making it a lot harder!” complained Sokka.
“Sorry to upset you guys, especially you,” said Ty Lee, looking at Sokka.
“What?” said Suki.
“Nothing!”
“Wait, did the Earth King tell you what date?” asked Aang.
“No, I’m sure,” replied Ty Lee.
“I have a plan now!” yelled Sokka.
They were all looking at the plan-guy now.
“Let’s hear it,” said Katara.
“Ok, since the Fire Nation doesn’t know what date, they’ll keep their main defenses on archers and war balloons, making much less Firebenders to worry about. They’ll think the eclipse will arrive when we appear, so why don’t we attack now to get as far as we can into the capitol; not worrying about the crazy fire guys?” said Sokka.
“Wow, that’ll fool them. But the Firebenders will still strike when they find out,” replied Ito.
“But that’s when they aren’t organized and ready, and by the time they are organized with Firebenders, that’s when the eclipse will arrive!”
“I’m with Sokka here!”
“Alright, you tell the Earth King and his council. We’ll tell our battalions and get them ready,” said Aang.
They agreed and went to their duty. They quickly told the battalions of Sokka’s plan and got really encouraged and pumped.
“Let’s go now!” yelled a soldier.
Sokka and the Earth King came out in front of the entire army. They explained the entire plan; though the first 5 battalions already knew of the plan. The army cheered to the plan and was deeply encouraged. They all immediately marched east of where they were back to Fort Invincible. It was still empty as they waited until tomorrow for the final part of Operation: Freedom to take place.
‘Tomorrow is the day…’ thought Toph, as she made her earth tent and fell asleep.

Ok, what Sokka is pretty much saying also had me confused a little bit, but read through it carefully before asking what it means to save me some time, :)

Book3: Chapter21: A Dream, or Reality?

Ok, another pretty short chapter here, but that's only because my last 3 chapters are SO frickin' long that I may need to do 4 seperate parts to each chapter or something. Oh well, and in those last 3 chapters, ACTION and lots of it. Enjoy!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I do NOT own "Avatar: The Last Airbender"

It was around midnight back with the army. Tomorrow, they were going to re-capture the lost territory and head back to Fort Invincible after making a more fortified defense line. No one in the GAang could sleep well. Only a few hours before, Noku had perished from Mai’s best dart. It made them wonder how could there be people like Azula and Mai and how awful they were. Slowly (including Toph) finally fell asleep.

Toph started to dream that she could see. This is the only time that she can see color, in her dreams. She dreamed that she was back at the battle. She saw Noku and Aang fighting the Firebenders. She then saw the explosion in the sky and Aang making the air bubble below the Freedom Fighters to save them. She looked at the masked figure and saw it throw a big dagger at Noku. It seemed to go in slow motion as this tortured Toph so much.
“NOKU!!” she yelled in her dream.
But everything continued as it was. Finally, when the dart was touching Noku, everything froze. She now found herself in front of the old prison that held Noku captive. She looked forward and saw Noku in his Guider form and how he was firing lightning at Azula like a madman. Right when the lightning touched Azula, everything just blacked out and Toph now found herself in Nanjing. She saw how this demon Noku was destroying all the soldiers of the Fire Nation. It was terrifying to see him fire his lightning while in a ghostly electric/fire armor. She then saw a re-enactment as she saw another Toph walk to him and reached for him. But before the clone Toph touched Noku, everything remained pitch black. Nothing new came up or anything.
“WHAT’S GOING ON HERE!!” yelled Toph in the dream.
Then, she appeared to be somewhere she has never been before. The oddest animals were flying around and walking around. Some were even walking on thin air! She walked around this forest-like realm. She found an odd monkey meditating on a small island of a pond.
“Where am I?” asked Toph to the monkey.
“Go away,” he replied.
He opened one of his eyes at her then went back to meditating. She continued walking in random directions, not knowing if this was real or still her dream. She then saw a figure standing in the middle of nowhere. The figures back was facing her. It turned around to reveal a boy with reddish-orange eyes, short brown hair, only a little taller than Toph, and was obviously wearing old Fire Nation clothes judging by the color of the shirt and pants.
“Hello…Toph,” said the figure.
“…Noku?” said Toph, having a tear run down her face.
She walked closer to the figure as he didn’t move. When she was about 4 feet from him, he stuck out his arm to her. He was offering himself to her as he opened his hand like if he was offering to dance with her. She tried to reach for it, but something stopped her. Some black fire was rising in between the 2. She tried to stick her hand out to him, but she couldn’t reach. The wall of black fire lowered as it revealed the person had disappeared. Toph fell to her knees, crying.
‘This feels so real’ thought Toph.
“It is,” replied the figure.
She turned around to reveal the figure behind her. She stood up and faced this person.
“Your eyes are a beautiful dark green color. Never knew,” said the figure.
“Noku?” said Toph.
He slowly nodded as he never took his eyes off Toph’s own eyes. Toph ran to him and hugged him hard. She was crying more than when Noku had died. Noku put his arms around Toph, hugging her back as he had a tear falling as well.
‘This is too real…’
“Don’t ever stop believing in hope. I’ll always be with you…forever. Even when you least expect it,” said Noku.
A light started to glow and Toph saw nothing now but bright light. She felt like she was floating then everything went black…

“Toph? Toph! Wake up!” said Ito, shaking her a bit.
She rubbed her eyes to see herself blind again; depending on her vibrations and hearing to ‘see’.
“You were moving a lot in your sleep,” said Ito. “We’re about to move, we better get going.”
Toph slowly nodded and got up. She felt the entire army marching to the north as they prepared to re-capture the lost territory.
‘Was it really a dream? It felt so real. And Noku…’ thought Toph. ‘You’ll always be with me.’
