I'm super surprised at these reactions. Journey being game of the year makes almost too much sense. Best gaming experience of my life; I'm sorry but even doubting this choice is a bit disturbing.
Can I ask if games on the iPad/iPhone are considered to be handheld (I would assume it's 'mobile')? If not, they should start a whole section for that, because there are amazing games on there that really deserve some recognition.
@Neo_Sarevok @renato_passos I'm not an RPG fanatic, but I know a good game when I play one. And, unfortunately, Kingdoms of Amalur was just okay, I didn't even remember it existed. So, I'm not surprised they didn't nominate it. In my humble "RPG-opinion."
@Morrywinn I find Demon's Souls unfair in one thing only: If it doesn't save the progress you've done such as collecting souls, then why does it save progress such as using something up such as a potion or whatever. I mean there's a difference between difficult and just plain sneaky.
I've watched my older brother play video games when I was too young to. He had (and might still have if he weren't too busy to play) such bad video game rage. Problem is, to me it looked hilarious, so the only thing I could do was hold back my laughter. Then I started playing my own games and I remember biting my controller while going cross-eyed out of rage. But, I deal with it now. As soon as I start to feel my blood boil, I turn the game off and play something else like Pacman Championship X or just watch a movie. Subtle home remedies that truly make a difference. Ha!
I clicked on this article because I wanted to know HOW the Wii U is "important for the world" according to Nintendo. Umm..So, I read the article. HOW is the Wii U "important for the world"? Both Sony and Microsoft also want to differentiate their consoles. That's not how you're gonna "impact the world," Nintendo. Just one or two points to support the argument would've sufficed.
