Hey everyone,
Well, Spring Break ended for me yesterday sadly which was Sunday, March 18th, 2012. It went by WAY too quickly and wished it never ended
But yeah, I came home around 6:30pm yesterday on Sunday. :) I would've made this blog yesterday but I was so tired out from the road trip back to El Paso so yeah. :)
Well, I promised all of you that I would tell you about my Spring Break when I come back so now I'm gonna tell you what I did :)
So yeah, it's good to be on this website again where I can review and communicate with my favorite TV.com users. :)
Here is my whole Spring Break:
Friday (March 9th, 2012):
- Stayed home and watched some television
Saturday (March 10th, 2012):
-Cleaning up the house
-Packing our things for our family trip to Austin, Texas
-My cousin and her boyfriend spend the night at our house since they are coming to the Austin trip with me, my mom, my brother, and my other cousin
Sunday (March 11th, 2012):
-Road Trip to Austin, Texas
-We left El Paso at 6:30am and arrived to Austin at 7:00pm
-By the way, Austin is one hour ahead of El Paso so we actually arrived to Austin at 6:00pm (El Paso time).
-We would've arrived an hour and a half earlier but we took a one hour and a half break to eat sandwiches, play in his playground, and just talk :)
-At 7:00pm (Austin time), we arrived there and we were happy to see our cousins again since they don't live in El Paso any more
-For the rest of the day, I just watched television with my cousins
Monday (March 12th, 2012):
-Ate breakfast
-My family and I went to the Austin River and it was pretty relaxing. I didn't swim because the river was dirty but I did get to walk in the river plus my cousins and I were skipping rocks
-At 7:30pm, we left the Austin River and went to the park to eat sandwiches with chips and drink either Hawaiian Punch, Kool-Aid, or Water
-At 9:08pm, we finished eating and went back to my cousins' home and just relaxed for the rest of the night
Tuesday (March 13th, 2012)
-Ate breakfast
-At 3:00pm, my family and I went to the San Marcos River and it's 10 times more fun than the Austin River. The river wasn't dirty so I got to swim in it plus slide down on water currents and even went canoeing which I haven't done since I was 10 years old
-Around 8:00pm, my family and I stopped swimming at the San Marcos River and eat sandwiches, hamburgers, or hot dogs along with drinks like sodas, tea, Kool-Aid, and water. :)
-At 9:35pm, we spend the night at my cousins' uncle's mansion which was insanely amazing plus it has the biggest bathroom I've ever seen.
-At the mansion, we played poker (NOT for money, just for fun). Watched about an hour and a half of "The Simpsons" then watched about an hour and a half of "Family Guy"
-Went to sleep at 1:38am
Wednesday, (March 14th, 2012):
-Woke up at 5:50am
-My aunt picked us up from the mansion and took us back to the house to eat breakfast
-My family and I went to Six Flags and it was amazing. It was my second time being in Six Flags.
-We arrived at Six Flags at 11:30am and just rode on the rides for the rest of the day :)
-Six Flags was over at 10:00pm so my family and I left Six Flags and drive ALL THE WAY back to Austin which is an hour and a half long drive back to my cousin's home
-We went to the Six Flags in San Antonio :)
Thursday, (March 15th, 2012)
-Ate breakfast
-We really didn't do much on this day. We just kinda took it easy.
-At 3:00pm, we rode on a Trolley (a.k.a. Train) which was a relaxing and fun ride. The Trolley (again a.k.a. Train) took us back home around 6:30pm
-After that, my aunt and my mom got us Little Caesars Pizza while they went out to eat at an Indian Restaurant
-My cousins and I felt like going to the movies so we went to the Dollar Movies. Even though I didn't want to see it, I decided to watch "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chip-wrecked" with my baby cousin, my uncle, my cousin and her boyfriend, my other cousin, my aunt, and my mom. My brother, my three cousins, and my aunt went to go see "The Descendants" (haven't seen that movie yet). AND lastly, my older cousin and his fiancee plus two of my cousin's cousins (if that even sounds right) went to go see "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" (I've already seen that movie... if you read my movie review of it then you know I've already seen it).
-At 12:30am, my family and I came home from the Dollar Movies and went to sleep
Friday (March 16th, 2012):
-Ate breakfast
-We took the Trolley (a.k.a. Train). Yes, we took it again like Thursday except we didn't go on it just to have a ride, we went on the Trolley to go to Downtown Austin.
-My family and I arrived at Downtown Austin around 3:30pm and walked all over downtown. My legs were hurting after a while but I didn't care.... it was wonderful walking everywhere in Downtown Austin
-At 4:40pm, my family and I went to the Capital which was really awesome to look at
-At 5:15pm, My family and I stopped by this pizza place and ate there. We're Catholics and we can't eat meat on Fridays (you know because of Lent) so we either ate cheese pizza, mushroom pizza, or vegetable pizza. It's a pretty good pizza place... not the best but it's pretty decent though
-At 6:08pm, my family and I continued our walk in Downtown Austin and went into 6th Street. :) 6th Street is the most awesome street that my family and I have ever been to
-I'm not kidding when I say this but 6th Street is like a Party Street. 6th Street is full of some of the strangest people that you'll ever see in your life, bands are all over 6th Street playing music, there are puppeteers (they were AWESOME puppeteers), we went to the Weird of the Museum plus saw like a freak show, and everyone in 6th Street at Downtown Austin were just plain weird yet it was hilarious. Only gripe about it was that 6th Street has a lot of smokers. Well, it is a Party Street for weird people so it's pretty much a free country in that street plus they give free stuff which was twice as more awesome
-At 10:45pm, my family and I left Downtown Austin and went on a bus back to my cousin's house. We missed the Trolley (a.k.a. Train) so we had to take a bus. :) Yep, 6th Street in Downtown Austin is possibly the greatest experience I've had in my life. :)
-We came home around 11:30pm and just relaxed for a little bit, everyone went to sleep around 1:30am so yeah
Saturday (March 17th, 2012) (a.k.a. St. Patrick's Day):
-Ate breakfast
-We kinda took it easy at my cousin's house for the afternoon
-At 4:30pm, my family and I went to church
-At 5:30pm, church was over and we went to the grocery store
-At 7:00pm, we went to my cousins' uncle's mansion (the one we spend the night on Tuesday night) and ate dinner there. While we were eating dinner, my cousins were watching "Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark" and even though I hate horror movies... I just decided to watch it with them. The movie actually wasn't scary, it was more of a creature/haunted house movie and I liked the movie for the most part... it's not the best, it could've been a little better but I though it was a likeable enough movie.
-At 11:00pm, we said good-bye to my cousins' cousins and uncle and went back home. I chatted with my uncle and my cousins where we had the most hilarious and horrible (in a good way) joking around in my life. :)
-After that, we went to sleep at 1:45am
Sunday, (March, 18th, 2012)
-I woke up at 5:35am and took a shower
-I put all of my luggages in the SUV
-At 6:50am, I said good-bye to my cousins who now live in Austin and went on the road back to El Paso
-Road Trip Back To El Paso continued on til' 1:30pm
-At 1:30pm, my family and I took a break from being on the road trip and decided to go eat inside of "Dairy Queen". It pretty much took away an hour to be back in El Paso but we didn't care
-Road trip continued from 2:40pm-6:30pm
-El Paso was very windy and had a horrible dust storm so I was surprised to come home to El Paso with that weather
-At 6:30pm, my family and I came home and relaxed for the rest of the night. :) I missed new episodes of "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" from LAST SUNDAY and the names were "How I Wet Your Mother" (Simpsons episode) and "Killer Queen" (Family Guy episode)... I watched them from my DVR since I missed it. After that, I watched the new episodes of "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" that aired on THIS DAY. :) After that, I watched a little more television and went to bed at 11:45pm. :)
AND that is my whole entire Spring Break right there my fellow TV.com friends. :)
Did you all miss me while I was gone?
Well all I can say IS....... it's good to be back in El Paso and TV.com
