There was a law being proposed in Connecticut that would have allowed those that witnessed Lanza's illness to ask the govt to require he get treatment, the ACLU and other liberal groups opposed and defeated this law. In response to their culpability they seek to restrict our rights, be they to firearms or the media we prefer. It's typical.

@Scalper ...and we find it disturbing how the very same people that make it nearly impossible to force people to get the treatment they deserve are throwing law abiding gun owners under the bus.

Sure you can say "PC is only good for X"... but I doubt a console will be able to do something like that in 5 generations.

I really like the look of this game... and Uncharted 2/3 is some of the best stuff I've ever played. However they keep talking and talking about this game yet it never hits the shelves. something has got to be wrong here because this is starting to look like the Duke Nukem development schedule.

Just for clarification.... how can the Executive Branch just "decide" that it disagrees with a law enacted by one coequal branch of govt and repeatedly adjudicated by another coequal branch of govt and then "decide" to violate Federal Law by not enforcing it?

An Admin that gets to do this can set itself up as a virtual monarchy.

Don't get me wrong, i feel homosexuals deserve every Fed benefit bestowed on anyone else... but to just "decide" they're going to openly violate the law and constitution is something we make fun of other nations for. You don't like the law, repeal the law.
