I love how the same people who hated Bush for his policies now excuse Obama's authoritarianism by saying "Bush did it too". Bush gathered power to him, it's true... but Obama doubled down on all the worst of Bush while botching the few things that bush did well. Bush never took over entire industries, Bush never told us what products we had to buy, Bush never stole corporations and gave them to his campaign contributors, Bush never systematically gutted the Bill of Rights like Obama is.

Now could we get Conner working on the tyranny of king Barack?

I own lots of violent video games....

I own lots of guns, including 2 so called "assault weapons"....

I've never even contemplated a mass shooting.

I think standing armies are a step toward authoritarianism and the constitution says we shouldn't have one... and yes, given the increasingly totalitarian vent of the US govt I'd like the ability to oppose it should I choose.

Simple fact is Fascism was a left wing authoritarian ideal and the KKK sprang out of the Democrat party (the left in the US) so both are more closely tied to the likes of those calling for a ban than those not.

Sounds remarkably like the rhetoric of the modern Democrat party.
