Well I've come back from holiday and feel eager to finish RE2 now :) Whilst I was away I was playing Resident Evil Deadly Silence, which is an amazing game! I love the fact that Resident Evil is portable, and in the classic setting of poor yet funny acting and the original graphics. Yet, they also have the FPS knife mode which is awesome. However my only complaint is that the game is TOO fast. I know a lotta people would disagree and say its fastness makes itbetter, but I kept feeling like the zombies were kinda running/walking. Hmm.....and it was a small screen which mean small but fast enemies. Reminds me of the monkeys in RE0 LOL :)

Anyway I'm guna play some RE2, Mario online and maybe a bit of Zelda. Oh...I also bought a guilty pleasure whilst I was away... Theme Park on the DS :oops:...I know its not exactly the greatest or most thrilling game ever but I love it :)

Well I'm writing this blog after having worked 3 hours putting up shelves for my parents. My dad has over 3000 cds, and so needs more room for his collection! Wonder where I get my obsessive habits from... anyway I'm here to do a minor update. I'm going to play Resident Evil 2 today, and hopefully will finish it. I'm writing today because I'm going away with my GF tomorrow, and well I'm not exactly going to sit there playing Resident Evil or Zelda whilst we're on holiday LOL. :P

Another major even in my life happened today....the game I bought off ebay has finally turned up! I recently bought Resident Evil Code Veronica X on the GC, even though I have it on PS2 and DC lol. But it means that I have finally got all Resident Evil games on the Gamecube! It's a big and exciting reality for me.....as I can now play every important and central Resident Evil game on the Gamecube!

Reason? Slightly better graphics, faster loading time, skippable cutscenes, and I have a huge memory card to save - which means I may as well make use of it, unlike Playstation memory card which are SMALL :evil:

But anyway, I'm off to play Resident Evil 2 on the Gamecube whilst listening to Chili Peppers...but which album? Oh the choices I have to make :)

Hi there,

Just a basic introduction. I'm Tyron, and I'm starting a blog here to record my progress with games starting from today (11th June 2007). I have been playing games since I was about 3 (parents bought me a NES for xmas one year, and seeing as I was born in 1988 I must have been about 3 lol), and I always enjoy games. If you read my 'About Me' section, I love Resident Evil. That does not mean I don't play any other games. I have every console working except for a NES (bloody thing won't load), and regularily have a PS2, Wii, GC, SNES, MD, Saturn, Dreamcast and N64 plugged in. My unfortunate gaming habit led me to buy more 'retro' games then to head for PS3 and 360 straight away. It makes sense. But slightly older games and enjoy them now, then buy the 'new' ones when they are slightly older and cheaper. However I bought the Wii on launch day and love it to pieces. I only have 1 next-gen console, and the Wii was the perfect choice. Its extremely fun to play, and online play is free! Although I'm limited to Mario Strikers Charged Football (just about remembered the whole name lol).

The Games that I am currently playing are:

Resident Evil 2 (GC) - am on Leon A on Normal, have unlocked secret costumes and Rebecca's film so far...
Resident Evil 3 (GC) - completed once on hard, completed mercenaries, bought Assault Rifle and infinite ammo, proceeding with new game...
Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii) - have almost finished it, just done the Snow Peak and am going to Faron Woods YET again...
Mario Strikers Charged Football (Wii) - have done Fire Cup and am struggling to do finish Crystal Cup, just can't do the final match, plus at least 2 online games a day...

So there we are! Another update maybe tomorrow or weekly.....see how things go eh?
