I don't know, I really liked the open ended format that 3 had, but definatly not like On Tour. If EA big really wanted to make a great game and put that blu-ray space to work they would combine all the tracks from 1 and tricky with a newly designed big mountain, along with every character. Make everything customizable, ability to go into cabins and stuff like that, and a complete online multiplayer especially if it was one buttom away like burnout paradise.
In the Burnout Paradise demo, DJ Atomika, the one from SSX 3 who is now in burnout, said this.....
"Just got off the phone with my friend MAC FRAISER, a park ranger at big mountain, and he says the snow is coming down and the peaks will be ready for competition by winter. Is it time to whip out the old snowboard.. hehe soon."
Just wondering if anyone has any news on a next gen SSX game besides blur. SSX is one of my favorite franchises and I can't think of any reason why ES wouldn't make a next gen SSX. What they are doing with Burnout paradise is the same thing that SSX 3 did, with adding free roaming enviroments and even the same DJ (DJ ATOMIKA). So does anyone have any news?
I pretty happy that the upscaling feature has finally been brought to life, cause now i can play SOCOM in HD. However, because I don't have 720p on my TV, all my PS3 games still scale down to 480p!:evil:... Absolutley rediculus.
I am really, really, really tired of playing all my games in standard definition just because my HDTV is 1080i and not 720p. I know alot of details about the new update have been floating around and i jut was wondering if anyone knew if the update would adress the HD scaling issue for people with HDTV's that dont run at 720p.
