On Tour ...has Mario, Lugui, and Peach.

Ninten007

Yeah? We just got SSX 3 for Christmas and haven't really played it a whole lot because of all the other games we got too. It's pretty awesome from we've experienced so far though. My kids are crazy about the Mario characters and I'm definitely intrigued by your comment. Do you have to unlock them or can you play them from the start? Are there cheats if you have to unlock them? And how does SSX 3 compare to On Tour? Would it be worth picking up if we already have the other one? Or are they pretty much the same game?

Why don't you try taking her to the empty boss room. She may give you a helpful hint there. ;-)

Pretty much a new GBA SP + FireRed / Mario Kart Circuit = the same price as a DS Lite w/ no games. Those two games will keep you busy for quite some time. Do you have other GBA titles in mind that you want to play next?

My kids got a pair of new GBA's last summer and we've been playing through all the highest rated titles since then (Zelda ALTTP, all the Super Mario Advances, Pokemon LG/FR, Mario Kart, etc.) and have a list of other GBA games we still want to get. It was worth it for us because we'd never played any of them before and still have a ways to go before we'll run out of games. Of course when that happens we'll move on to the DS,,,

I'm near the end of A Link to the Past. I just got the sixth out of seven maidens/crystals. Got side-tracked for awhile by Golden Sun, which I had never played before and am thoroughly enjoying. I usually like to concentrate on just one game at a time but Zelda was getting a bit dull. The Golden Sun break helped make Zelda "fresh" again and I had a lot of fun with the last two dungeons. But now I can't wait to get back to Golden Sun! Guess I'll just continue rotating between the two.

I think it's a great game and had a blast playing through it. There's really a diverse amount of challenges that keep it interesting and entertaining. And some of those obstacle courses are pretty rough!

The only time I found the camera to be sketchy was in the "Runaway Ferris Wheel," where you have to climb those wire fences. Aside from that one level, I don't understand why people harp on the camera so much.

I've never played Super Mario 64. Maybe I'd be singing a different tune if I could compare the two...

The Pokemon games involve a lot of reading, which would probably make them too difficult for the average five year old.

Do the games look okay? I've read customer reviews that say the display is kind of crappy. No?

That's how Game stores are, just want to make money.meteorgun7
Uh-huh. It's called "business." And the cool thing about capitalism is you don't have to shop at a store that you think is trying to rip you off.
