Thank God. Xbox 360's OS is so sluggish and slow that it's embarrassing, it has been ever since they changed it from the razorblade OS the system originally launched with. This was one of my biggest concerns in comparison to the 360, because there's no excuse for the Dashboard to lag the way it does now.
Granted, there's a good chance I'm not touching the X1 until Quantum Break comes out, but all the same. Good news is good news.
Wasn't it just a soundtrack leak? What's the big deal? Even if the ending had been posted online, it's still GTA. I doubt knowing a little bit of the story is going to turn you away from the game if you're a fan of the series.
@deathstream It's good that they're improving the game, but at the same time I'm not interested in another pointless and rushed co-op component. Mass Effect 3 was a joke, encouraging you to buy packs to get better characters and gear, all while serving nearly no point for any of it and ultimately becoming a boring feature. Yes, I know it helped your single-player progress for the Reapers, but no one really cared about that. At least, I didn't.
And I don't remember if they said the multiplayer was going to be competitive before this or not, but if they changed it just recently and are planning to release this alongside the X1, it'll be a rushed co-op component, much like Mass Effect 3. But who knows, maybe this game will turn out for the better, maybe developers actually listen to their fanbase every now and then.
@ibonedyourmom @Subaru1980 @komuchen If you can't admit that Blacklist is a direct extension of Conviction, then you're blind.
And yes, Conviction was, for all intents and purposes, a 'reboot'. No, it didn't restart the entire franchise, but it clearly took it in a different direction. And while Blacklist may open your options more than Conviction did, that doesn't change the fact that it's CLEARLY inspired by Conviction's gameplay mechanics.
@xenounknown4 Jesus, stop crying. 8 out of 10 is a very respectable score, you'd just rather them throw out 9's and 10's like it's candy on Halloween, for some reason.
What is it with all of the pre-teens bitching and complaining about 8/10's being 'too low' lately? If only these annoying children would take a second to see what the scores actually mean, they'd realize an 8 is 'great' according to GameSpot. But no, 'great' isn't good enough, BECAUSE APPARENTLY THIS IS THE BEST FUCKING GAME EVER MADE ZOMG!!!1
