Previous to the 88xx series they had to be the same card, now they dont, as said above its not recommended to mix GPU's of different memory size.

^^ that is also a likely cause, did you put standoffs in your case before you installed your Mobo? Check the power connectors first though.

this has nothing to do with a jumper, coming off of your PSU there is a 4 pin connector that provides power to your CPU socket there will be a 4 pin white socket on the top of the mobo to the left of the processor.

If the above link is the right mobo, its not compatable with dual core processors, only single 939's and FX series 939.

I would say that it is your 4pin CPU power connector, make sure its plugged in. If its not it will cause the computer to immediately shutdown. Also I have that same mobo, and you'll need to update the bios to get a full readout on that CPU, it still works just fine without it, but the bios doesnt completely recognize it. Your problem is probably the CPU power connector being unplugged though.

Illuminated boards are garbage. Most of them have paint applied to the surface of the keys which wears off over time, making the key unreadable.Snaptrap

Thats why I havent replaced my eclipse in a year and a half. besides man you dont look at the keys anyway while gaming. My keys show no signs of wear. On the other hand if you want something new, then try a mercboard, they take some getting used to, but they are cool.
