WTC7 collapsed due to debris, fire, and the massive seismic shock that it recived from WTC1 & 2 collapsing. New York buildings don't have to be up to earthquake standards. The structure was weakened, basic supports bent and broken. Over the next few hours the weight of the building collapsed upon itself. It was just to much.

Also it looked like there was more explosions inside of WTC 1 and & 2. This was caused from a near instant dispersal of energy throughout the building. Large amounts of insteantly heated gasses escaped in all directions. Something that powerful would show a lot of very unusual displays of phsyics. This was't a car hitting a building, this was a gas loaded jet moving at a much higher velocity than I think most people realize.

With the advent of the internet its so easy for consperiacy theories to spread. Everybody who believes them needs to just take a look at the real world, not on the internet. Look on TV or in a newspaper for news, not on some small internet site that nobody but a handful of people knows about.

Bush was not liked during his second term. People who initially supported the war in Iraq and on terror changed sides as the media started its mini campaign agaisnt the government. This only helped spread the Bush hate. This hate fuels these kind of consperiacy theories. People just trying to find more reason to hate somebody.

Its sad that we had so little support for our government. Its also sad that it turned America into voting based upon media image alone.

Even if he wanted to kill thousands of Americans there would be no way in heck the goverment could pull something like this off. Look at Watergate, if they can't cover a breakin at a chessy hotel how could they cover something on the scale of 9/11 up.

While I don't believe in the Conspiracy I have to admit they wanted to destroy the planes with Fighter jets but called it off and if they couldn't reach it time or it was too dangerous to use fighters in a city (I believe it was the later) why couldn't they use Ground to air missiles? The fact they didn't want to try and save 2000+ people is sort of suspicious even though people would have been killed in the process it would have at least saved 2000 or more people and they were going to die any way unless the laws of physics suddenly stopped.

They wanted to destory what planes with fighters? First it was chaos and people don't know what is going on you can go around shooting down planes. Second normally with highjackings the highjackers just land, so no need to shot the plane down. Also it takes time to get jets off the ground. Afew weeks after 9/11 soem nutjob kid stole a small plane here in Tampa, flew over MacDill (where CENTCOM is located). Figthers got to Tampa after the kid crashed into the Bank of America Tower in Downtown Tampa. Thankfully the kid was the only one who died, or was hurt. But it showed that we don't have crack teams of fighter pilots ready to jump into their jets.

I did not hear anything about that, during 9/11 they did not have a good gasp on what was going on. A reason the fighters were ordered to stand down (IF it happened) may be because they do not know it was the right plane.

Also not all Military bases have that type of stuff ready at the drop of a hat. Macdill, is a US AirFroce Base, and that kid flew over it.

I can't say who is responsible for 9/11 but I can't believe the given story. Maybe the US government had a hand in it maybe it really was a terrorist group I don't know. Personally I don't think we'll find out what really went on that day in our lifetime or maybe the general public never will.

What I do know is that had a plane flew into the pentagon that day we would have seen footage of the impact from any of the several sources recording in the area. They did go on to release something like three frames of video but that's nothing to go on and it certainly doesn't show what looks like a plane. Also I refuse to believe that the WTC collapsed the way it did because of those two planes flying into those two buildings. Those buildings were designed to withstand MULTIPLE plane impacts and stay upright, and even if they were to collapse because of the planes flying into them they wouldn't have gone down like that. Finally from what I'm to understand there was another building that went down on 9/11 but there was never any reason given, in fact it is completely ignored in the official 9/11 reports.

Something happened that day and it happened for reasons. I'm sure several people around the world have benefited from the collapse of those two towers in more ways then we know. Exactly why and how we might never know.
