There was traditionally a lot of conflict between Hindus, Sikths, and Muslims in India. There is still some in recent times.

This isnt at all the case in America though, where Sikths are actually very close to the muslim community because they are mistaken for muslims by the vast majority of the population.

You're still jumping the gun and making up motivations, as LJ said. I know that India especially has been a warzone of many different religions, but I don't think you can completely generalize a whole group of people and say they all hate Muslims because of "history". We have no indication that this has anything to do with Muslims.

There have been small incidents of Sikhs being injured by people who thought they were muslim, particularly after 9/11. This event could've been the same thing though I think it's more likely that he doesn't care what the difference is, just that they weren't christian.FalcoLX
